What you would expect from a major business hotel

整體還不錯，尤其服務，但是飯店房間的冷氣真的太差了，設定在18度怎麼樣都一直在25度，降不下來以導致晚上睡覺非常悶熱！有請服務人員來服務相當好，但是也沒辦法，只能夠開窗戶因應！

Excellent service staff amazing specially at the roof restaurant

The Westin Chongqing Liberation Square is located in a very convenient location. It is close to the train station and many attractions are within walking distance. The room is very modern and very comfortable. The river view from the room is stunning. The staff is absolutely amazing!! Special thanks to Carina, Faye, Leo and Nicholas Li on the 50th floor. The breakfast buffet and hotel restaurants are also very good. It was an incredible experience with top notch service!! Thank you!!

Great experiences

Excellent location that is very walkable to major tourist attractions. F&B outlets and restaurants are all around the hotel. Beautiful river view from our room and the property is clean and very well maintained. Breakfast buffet starts at 6am providing guest with a wide selection of both oriental and western delicacies. A big thank you to the concierge team and especially James for the warm greetings whenever we are at the hotel obby and always asking if we need any assistance. Housekeeping was quick to bring us towels, pillows and toiletries upon request. Check-in counter located on the 51st storey even provided a good selection of complimentary snack packs for guest which we only found out on our last night. We had an excellent 4 nights stay made possible by all the wonderful staff of The Westin Chongqing Liberation Square. Gong Xi Fa Cai!

Special thanks to Mr. Lao Si Kai 劉思佳先生！ He is very nice once we were at the counter and he alert us waiting for some time and quickly assist us with check in and explain full detail of the hotel and breakfast offer, etc… We will come back again especially to this hotel!

So far everything is very good.just need to improve when check in for executive room privileges needs to explain more detail to customer so that customer won’t be miss out to enjoy the benefit

Amazing with good river view

I had a premium, double bed room. Room is very spacious, it is clean, no weird smell, no mold etc. Everything that I possibly need is there. There’s a Bluetooth speaker that allows wireless charging in the room too. Short walk to Hongya & river cruise boarding area. Hotel connected to a big shopping mall with food options and bakeries. The hotel entrance is via door 11. It is separate from the shopping mall entrance, meaning it is orderly & quiet, no need to share taxi/ didi boarding/ alighting with shoppers. River view was great & I was able to see the sun rising right in front of me. Everything was great!

Could have been a 5 star. Unfortunately the room on the 1st night was located directly opposite a staff door that creaked loudly everytime it is open or closed. Could not sleep on the 1st morning due to that. Otherwise. Hotel is great. Staff were very helpful (helped me change room) and location was perfect. Just avoid room 4119 the noisy room :)

Excellent location, good great view in the heart of the city, friendly staff. My only complaint is check in took longer than expected.
