まずまず。アメニティが貧相です。バスソルトくらいは欲しい。

立地はとても良い。地下鉄駅すぐ。 ショッピングモールの上なので買物、食事も便利。 部屋も使い勝手良く、ヘブンリーベッドも良し。 比較的リーズナブルなわりに、全体的に安心感がありました。

The location is decent and staff are good but rooms are small, breakfast offerings are standard and boring and the lifts are a bit of a nightmare.

I had a delightful stay at Westin Xuanwu Lake. Great location. Excellent service. Unbeatable views and breakfast buffet. Highly recommend! I'll definitely stay again next time when I visit Nanjing!

My stay at Nanjing Westin was the worst in my life so far. Went for breakfast around 9:45 AM, waitress guided me to a table for two, but right after I sat down, a man came and told me it’s his table. I had to find a waitress to get me another table, unfortunately tables were nearly full until i saw 4-5 guests about to leave, but there’s a kid so foods were all over the place near the baby seat. I asked the waitress to clean the table and floor so that i can get seated, it took maybe 5 minutes for them start doing the cleaning and they seemed not be aware of the inconvenience they brought to customer. When my friend came and found the table is still not ready, we started looking for other table and there were two guests about to leave, so we finally got seated. Apart from the poor experience during breakfast, the sink in the room was not clean at all, since I was pretty tired, i decided not to argue with the hotel which i now think i should have done it. When i checked out, i told front desk what i have been through and she was very sorry about it. She offered me free afternoon tea or buffet dinner which is kind, but i didn’t want to go the hotel again.

Great location and close to subway but the bathroom kits are only 4 star standard. Bed too soft. Airconditioning not working properly

It was convenient to where I wanted to go thoughout the city.

숙소도 넓고 깨끗했습니다. 다만 주변이 공사중이라 불편했습니다

The hotel is very clean. It is close to subway. Many restaurants are near by. Great view. The staff are very nice.

The staff are the best thing going at this hotel, the only thing i prefer is a ground level lobby, but its not a problem its just more convenient.
