We needed to change rooms after the first night. The first room had no hot water for the shower, one side of the bathroom sink faucet did not work.
There were a number of lights that did not work also.
The next morning we asked for another room which they gave us. We had hot water but the rain shower did not work.
I know this sounds like I am being very picky but for an up scale hotel I expect better.

대리석으로 꾸민 굉장히 고급스럽고 여유로운 공간과 친절한 직원들이 인상적이었습니다. 5성급답게 세밀하게 투숙객을 고려한 인테리어가 좋았구요. 그런데 실내 공기가 별로 안좋고 주차장 이용이 좀 불편하네요. 아침식사는 그다지 특별한 부분은 없지만 흠 잡기도 어려운 그럭저럭 괜찮은 수준이었습니다. 공항에서 가깝고 시내와도 그리 멀지 않아 위치는 최상입니다.

Comfortable and great stay. Though the first night, there were small defects such as the standing lamp shade dislodge & bulb fused, the engineer got it fixed quickly. There was some sewerage smell in the toilet and the front desk did a room change for me. Other then that no other issues.
Will come back again.
