I could not have been more pleased... more pleasantly surprised. Small hotel with very attentive staff that were very responsive and respectful. The location of the hotel has a number of restaurants within a couple of small blocks. The El Caney neighborhood of Cali has the reputation of being safe. That was my experience while walking around during the day.

I like the size of the room i was there for 7 days it had a small kitchentte was vey useful , fell in love with the view from my room, the staff was friendly , didnt have any security guard at the entrance , disnt have laundry service since i was there for 7 days needed clorhes clean , linens had a strange musty smell asked for cleam sheets didnt get them , and decorative bed pillows smel very bad breakfast was includes it was good just the same 3 options every day , overall its very nice elegant modern rooms would book here again

The staff. The place was super clean.

The hotel was decent the issue I had with it was the noise level from both the street and other guests staying in the hotel! There was non-stop yelling from guests partying all night and I mean all night and the staff did absolutely nothing to try to stop it. The hotel is located on a very busy street and the noise traverses the walls and windows as if they weren’t there, it is super loud 24/7! Not a place to stay if you value your sleep! Also, the front desk staff speaks ZERO English! If you’re looking for a cheap and clean place to stay and can sleep through a Metallica concert then this is the place for you!

Las habitaciones son espaciosas, confortables y limpias, el desayuno podría mejorar pero en general para un viaje de negocios está perfecto, tiene parqueadero lo que lo hace muy conveniente

They won't clean and tidy up the room daily unless you ask them. I had to ask for toilet paper because there was barely any when I checked in. I had to ask for towels and my bed was never made. I will not stay there again. For a dollar less I could've stayed in a luxury hotel in Ciudad Jardin.

Place is decent but lots of noise from the neighborhood if you looking to sleep in or go to sleep early not the place to be.

Lugar agradable y bien ubicado, muy buen servicio, personal amable. punto a mejorar, la coordinación de los servicios, y la entrega de información al momento de hacer el check in.

El hotel tiene en general buenas instalaciones pero en la habitaciones que quedan hacia el frente del edificio el ruido de los autos no deja descansar. La atención en la recepción es muy regular, el primer día pedí el desayuno y me lo llevaron a las 3 horas, en ese tiempo llame a la recepción 4 veces y lo único que decían era “ya se lo llevan” sin realizar ninguna verificación. Pedí cambio de habitación por el ruido y me pasaron a una habitación con mal olor, llame a recepción y me dijeron que no habían más habitaciones, pedí que la revisaran, no fue nadie y luego de una hora tuve que bajar a recepción para que enviaran a una persona que efectivamente validó el mal olor, ahí si les pareció creíble mi queja y me cambiaron nuevamente de habitación.

Las habitaciones son cómodas y limpias, el desayuno es bueno y lo llevan a la habitación sin embargo tarda hasta 1 hora o más en ser entregado. El hotel tiene problemas de aislamiento del ruido, las habitaciones del frente dan contra una avenida y los ventanales del hotel son muy malos y no aíslan el sonido, de siente como estar en la calle. Solicitamos cambio de habitación hacia una trasera y esta nueva habitación da hacia una taberna/discoteca que mantienen alto ruido hasta las 2am. De recomienda al hotel cambiar las ventanas por unas aislamiento de sonido. El servicio en general es bueno cuando se manifestaron las inquietudes. No recomendado para familias por el ruido excesivo.

Clean, spacious, great customer service, easy access to location. Everything is great about this place,walking around the neighborhood felted safe no problems even kind of quiet, no complaints, BUT when night time approaches LOUD LOUD LOUD music from all directions takes over and makes it IMPOSSIBLE to rest or sleep starts around 7pm and last until 3 or 4 in the morning, then by 7 or 8 in the morning is a gym next to the hotel and you can hear there morning zumba class or dance class again loud music,and you able to hear the instructor very clear, Very uncomfortable and unfortunately cause the place is great,clean,spacious, good breakfast etc. If you don't mind the loudness is perfect for me not able to sleep 4/5 last day sunday night was different very quiet at night ,but had to be at the airport by 3am,so never had a good rest thru my trip.
