Beautiful room and the staff is very attentive to keeping the property clean. The gym has plenty of equipment. The included breakfast buffet has lots of options as well.

Hotel is excellent , located in Salitre a very upscaled safe area in Bogota. We walked to the gigantic mall every day, only 8 min walk. At the mall they have many world class shopping, restaurants and movie theaters. They have starbucks, J Valdez and crepes and waffles. At hotel breakfast is superb. They do not have a pool. What you see in pictures is not a pool . They call it spa and you can access for additional fee. It will be nice if adult guests could enjoy the small pool free of charge. But overall I hightly recomend this hotel

The band was really stiff and it hurt my back

I recently had a short stay at the DoubleTree, and I truly enjoyed my experience. Despite the brief visit, the comfortable rooms and welcoming atmosphere made a great impression. The staff were friendly and attentive, adding to the overall positive feel of the hotel. I appreciated the convenient amenities and the cozy environment, which made my stay both relaxing and pleasant. I look forward to returning for a longer visit in the future.

The wifi was good and the food was great. DO NOT DO YOUR LAUNDRY THERE BECAUSE IT IS A BIG RIP OFF. THEY DO IT FOR YOU AND CHARGE YOU LIKE 8 TIMES OR MORE THE AMOUNT YOU WOULD PAY IN THE US SO IT IS BEST TO GO TO A LOCAL LAUNDROMAT. The price of dinner was a bit expensive but that's the price you pay for convenience. House Keeping did a good job cleaning the room everyday. They only have a minibar in the rooms that have a warm temperature so it doesn't make any sense you put anything in it. Some of the staff were very nice and helpful. The location of the hotel is ideal but the area itself isn't affordable. If you want good prices, it's best to take an uber to downtown.

Amazing stay

Me encantó que pudimos hacer el check - in en la madrugada porque nuestro vuelo se retrasó, la habitación limpia y con una vista muy linda de Bogotá; el desayuno incluido fue delicioso, mucha variedad. Cerca del aeropuerto y lugares de interés!

Is excellence i always stay in the hotel

Allround good

Nos dieron una habitación con vista a las máquinas afuera de la ventana, o sea la vista no nos gustó, y no nos comunicaron antes de ingresar, además una de las camas no tenía cubrecama y si hizo frío, pero luego nos solucionaron

IMPORTANT TO PUT RECOMMENDATIONS IN THE ROOMS ABOUT TO AVOID SLAM DOORS AND LESS NOISY. OTHER PEOPLE NEED TO REST.

EXCELENTE OPCION

Excelente recomendacion, cercano al aeropuerto, con habitaciones nuevas, a 10 minutos caminando del Centro Comercial La Estacion y del restaurante Ushin en Hyatt. Me gusto para negocios y de visita por Bogota
