The room was not clean, and the shower did not drain fast enough, causing water to pool and almost overflow into the suite. The owner was asked to extend the stay and agreed and said they would send forms, but then stopped communicating.

Very nice. Loved the space. The only concern I had is that I like a bit of airflow when sleeping so a ceiling fan would be awesome but other than that is great. Thanks!

Great place and very good staff

The building is nice , not a great view at the 4th floor and the room is smaller than expected but it is nice , checking is easy you talk to them over WhatsApp. My only complaint is that they provide you with grounded coffe in your room but no coffe maker , what’s up with that ? Also no body soap in the shower room. Everything else is just okay

Terrible the extreme construction noise, plus while renting my apartment the staff entered my apartment without knocking while I was in bed not to mention they are now emailing me that I owe money and what would the reason be.

¡Excelente hotel! La habitación era muy cómoda y acogedora, con una cama confortable. El personal fue siempre amable y atento en todo momento. Sin duda, sería un placer volver a hospedarme aquí en una futura visita.

Decent location, kind staff but understaffed and needing better inter communication. Checking in took far too long and if not for a guest I was meeting there who happened to have the direct contact of the main manager, our check in staff member was completely unable to get me checked in, to no fault of their own. Upon check in, there were no towels. Again, if not for the Person I was meeting there who was already checked in who gave me one of theirs, I wouldn’t have had one. The room was unswept upstairs and downstairs and the kitchen was dirty. Everything is newly renovated. Decent shower pressure and temperature. The walls are thin, the neighborhood is remarkably loud.

Front desk personnel are very friendly. and i really liked the gym. Area is one of the best in Bogota. However, host is not very communicative and less than desirable. As others have said, the check in process is clumsy and buggy,. the room does not match the photos and the room they gave me was not cleaned. Host dropped off towels and sheets. Shocking expedia only gave me key cash. one of my worst experiences in Colombia.

TAJ 97 - Un edificio muy bien construido y de un aseo impecable . Las terraza es entre las mejores de la ciudad . Los cabelleros de portería hacen un trabajo excelente .
