Beautiful hotel, excellent and attentive staff, and terrific restaurant. We loved our stay here and will certainly come back. The food in the restaurant was absolutely delicious. The hotel is a lovely mix of historic charm with modern amenities. My only suggestion is cleaner jacuzzi, and stronger hot water pressure in our room.

Hôtel avec beaucoup de potentiel mais je ressors avec un avis mitigé. Nous sommes tombé en même temps qu’un groupe hyper bruyant qui ne respectait pas les autres clients. Nous aurions apprécié au moins avoir une chambre éloigné et pas au milieu d’eux ! Pour le reste nous n’avons pas du tout réussi à les joindre avant notre arrivée pour savoir quel bus nous devions prendre. Sur Whatsapp personne ne répond, ni par téléphone d’ailleurs. Heureusement à la gare on nous a aidé. Pour le reste le personnel est serviable et l’environnement agréable. Mais la chambre était mal entretenue et vieille. Nous ne n’y sommes pas sentie confortable.

Very beautiful place that is well located if you are doing turístic activities around the area. The Hacienda itself has a great tour called journey of coffee that shows how an ecological coffee farm is organized and ran. It takes about 3 hours. We enjoyed every minute of it. The rooms are spacious and clean. The staff is very kind and helpful. If it weren’t because of the main road that runs about a mile from the property, you would hear only the birds, which sign all day long. Around the restaurant area there are several humming birds that are a joy to watch and to photograph.
All the bid pluses really outweigh the issue of the noise of the trucks. During the day you get used to it and at night you can use earplugs. It’s not really loud. It’s just in the background all the time.
There is a nice infinity pool and nice common areas with balconies with great views of the landscape. It’s a great place if you just want to relax. There is a sauna but we did not visited it.
Overall we recommend Hacienda Combia and we would come back if we are visiting the area in the future.
