ヒエルバ ブエナ エコ ホステル

We arrived at hierba buena and the people working there had no idea that we had a reservation. They called the owner and she told us that there was absolutly no place for us and that we didn’t have a reservation. I then showed the E-mail we got from Hoteles.com, and she simply said, no that’s not true, I can’t help you. It was getting dark and the hostel is located in a very dark area at Tayrona, all the way up the hill, we walked all the way, and she was so rude on the phone saying it’s fully booked and that we had to leave. When I asked if she could help us out with finding something else, she simply said no. She also said that she doesn’t work with hoteles.com anymore, that we made a mistake. I told her we couldn't have known bc we just found it online, and booked it, so it was unfair from her saying it’s our mistake. We were afraid, in a place we don’t know, to not have a place to crash. But luckily the guy who works there felt sorry for us and helped us out to find a place nearby! He was so nice and I really want to thank him for all of it! He even walked us to the other place and sorted things out for us! Later on we found out that there WAS room for us!! But apparently she didn’t give a sh*t. We were so angry at the owner for leaving us on the street in the dark with nowhere to go!! Big upss again tho to the guy that helped us out, thank you so much for it!!
