LA ATENCIÓN DE LA NIÑA DE RECEPCION FUE EXCELENTE, MUY AMABLE

Das Hotel liegt leider in einer etwas schlechteren Gegend. Ich fand es trotzdem interessant, um nicht nur das aufpolierte Cali zu sehen. Zu Fuß ca 25 Minuten ins Zentrum, die sich aber lohnen. Nachts sollte man ein Taxi nehmen (ca 5000 Peso/1,50 Euro).Sichere Garage im Hotel für mein Motorrad.

Ya la mayoría de personas sabemos que al llegar allá, No es la mejor zona ni la más segura. Pero en cuanto a otros aspectos todo fue Bueno, Es relativamente cerca a sitios turísticos y al centro de la ciudad, estuvimos muy cómodos y el desayuno estuvo bien

Buena opción en cuanto a costo beneficio

Regular porque el Hotel se encuentra ubicado en un barrio peligroso y de tolerancia; y efectua descuento anticipado a la tarjeta de crédito relacionada en garantía de la reserva.

En general bien.

La habitación tenía ropa de algún otro huésped debajo de la cama y en el closet, estuve 2 noches y no cambiaron las sábanas.

Buen hotel, excelente personal, desayuno estilo americano muy bueno, el sector baja algo de puntaje, pero para el turista es bueno, de lo mejor de cali a ese precio

Not a good location. You are better off paying a few more dollars per night. The location is not safe nor is it pleasant. There are prostitutes in the street about a 30 second walk away and this is not a good thing.

Por error tome el mes equivocado pero el día si era 24 pero de marzo. No de febrero, pero me cambiaron la fecha pero de igual forma me cobraron allá en efectivo y en la tarjeta. Lo mismo me sucedió con despegar y en el hotel solo me cambiaron el día y ya no fue necesario volver a pagar en el hotel Citi express. Aquí me generaron dos cobros es injusto

service is excellent but the area you have to be careful is not a good area is a shame because service is very nice

Lo Personal fueron la salvacion del estadio. Buenas personas, muy organizadas!

Be carefull when choosing a hotel in places where not even the police enter out of fear of what may happen to them. The staff is really not helpfull and lied about us smoking in the room and wanted us to pay a smoking fee.

This hotel is fine inside and a good value in that regard. I didn't get air conditioning yet it was a nice temperature for sleeping. I used the fan a little during the day and that was fine. The service staff are all very helpful and friendly. The street was okay during the day but I wouldn't want to go out at night. The MIO is three blocks away and I walked that far a few times without any issues in the evening after dark. So it is best for those who like taxis or have a car, or are at least able bodied men. The doors lock and also have a flimsy deadbolt, but they need to fix some of those as they don't align properly and won't close.

La zona del hotel es ciertamente peligrosa. Los alrededores están llenos de habitantes de calle, trabajadoras sexuales y claramente no se puede llegar a pie aunque el sistema de transporte público queda muy cerca. Para alguien que no conoce la ciudad de Cali puede llevarse una amarga sorpresa.

Bien. Muy comodo para su precio

Muy muy mal, fui engañado el hotel queda ubicado en plena olla literal de cali, por lo cual no se puede salie sino solo en taxi, pesima atencion del personal
