Lo único que no fue agradable es que siempre dan lo mismo de desayunar tienen muy poca variedad

Atendimento ótimo, quarto amplo e bem limpo. Banheiro limpo e tudo novo.

Hotel pequeño pero bonito.

QUARTO SEM JANELA. QUEM RESERVA POR AQUI E PAGA ADIANTADO NAO PODE ESCOLHER O QTO. QUALQUER CHUVINHA A ENTRADA DO HOTEL FICA ALAGADA. CAFE OK.

Es un muy buen lugar además de que la gente es súper amable y atenta. Las habitaciones excelentes.

El hotel esta en remodal

Esta bien ubicada las instalaciones en general l estan bien (solo cuentan con un elevador) el restaurant y la terranza en el piso 10 es espectacular Solo los pasillos para ir a las habitaciones son angostos y un pico eztraños

Upon checking in, we were taken to a floor that was completely under construction. I’d say the room we were put in had been completed first. From the elevator on there were electrical wires etc. we went down to ask about the start of the noise in the morning and were told they could move us the next day. The area was a construction site and should have been closed. Upon leaving after registration I received an email that there was not going to be any hot water. We felt there was not a sincere response to the areas of issues that were brought to their attention. We left the next day after securing accommodations that were quiet and offered hot water. The fact they knew there was no running hot water before we registered just shows dishonesty.

Staff great but the place very old even with the remodeling. Cleanness needs to improve. It’s a cheap place to stay at so you get what you paid for. I won’t come back. It was decent for the 2 nights I stayed but you can find so much better

Le robaron el celular a mi amiga y se portaron muy groseros diciendo que no y no . Y cuando se hizo el check out horas después prendieron el celular y la ubicación estaba en el hotel . Pésima atención

Buena ubicacion, habitacion muy pequeña, bien solo para llegar a descansar, alberca con buena vista al mar

Experiência ruim, todos os dias a limpeza era so pela metadez nao recoliam o lixo dos cestos e nem deixavam toalhas, tinha que ficar indo ate a recepcao pq o telefone nao funcionava, alem do que tem uma casa de eventos ao lado do hotel e fazem barulhos todos os dias ate tarde, so muito alto parecia que estam dentro do quarto, so conseguia dormir depois que a festa acabava

This place was not at all as described. Most of the main area of the hoteal appeared to be under construction though I saw no actual construction activity the entire time I was there. THe physical envieronment was bad. My room had no windows, looked nothing like the photeos, was like a jail cell, and was like a bad renovation in the US that the landlord did himself with no construction experience. I checked out after one night and got a new hotel. When I pursued a refund the hotel told me they would ok it but that I would have to go through Travelocity. Travelocity said the hotel was unresponsive to the and charged me for the full 6 days even though I only stayed one. I will be disputing this on my credit card.

Very convenient. Bed are comfortable and breakfast good and with quite a lot of food. Not too much choice though. I would go back.

Tiene una buena ubitación. Sin embargo la habitación tiene las paredes manchadas. Las ventanas las taparon con papel. La habitacion 206 mucho ruido ya que el baño de los empleados queda jisto en la ventana de la habitacione. Se escuchan a las 1 o 2 am las empleadas hablando, poniendo musica ect. Ademas que la luz entra por las ventanas de la habitación que ellos cerraron con papel. La peor habitación de todas. El techo tenia grietas.
