Trataron de cobrarme el iva cuando el gobierno no tiene iva por covid, la habitacion mañ aseada, las abanas rotas. Toda la noche me di cuenta que hacian las parejas que estaban en el hotel. Fue terrible.

En general buen hotel para viajes de trabajo. Interesante ver cómo es el ruido cuando los restaurantes vecinos estén abiertos

Location is great, however the noise at night from the restaurant in the property is annoying and loud.

Me fue muy mal, cuando llegué mi reserva no estaba, le dieron mi cuarto a otra persona.

Cuando me entregaron la habitacion no me habian puesto toallas. En la noche IMPOSIBLE dormir por la bulla, se escucha absolutamente todo, en una habitacion tenian musica, en los pasillos personas hablando. Lo unico bueno que tiene el hotel es la unicacion, de resto NADA.

Right from the check in the hotel has been horrible. They are not supposed to charge tourists the IVA tax but they did even though we showed that we had paid for the exemption when we entered the country. The room is very dirty and the staff not helpful. The hotel is quite disgusting. The carpets in the hall are dirty and the rooms filthy and need a painting. I paid for two nights and asked for a refund for my second night so we could find a better hotel and they would not even respond to my request. I also asked for a receipt so I could try to get the room tax back at the DIAN office when we leave the country but they would not give me a receipt. We have stayed in 7 hotels over the last 3 weeks of travel in Colombia and this is the only hotel that charged tax and would not supply a receipt. This is also the most filthy, disgusting place I have stayed in in Colombia. The neighborhood is not safe and the hotel staff said not to walk around - this was during the day. Avoid this place that is just trying to grab your money. They have no respect for guests.

El hotel es cómodo, aunque en la noche hay bastante ruido exterior, el personal es atento. En la zona existen muy buenos restaurantes la zona es muy agradable

Nice boutique hotel, quiet at night, close to my meeting, had a nice pizza downstairs the night of arrival.

Small hotel . Charge me extra gor early checkin . Quiet , in a good street with a lot of resturants and coffee shops .
