Quiero destacar la excelente atención recibida durante nuestra estadía. Arnold nos recibió con mucha amabilidad y profesionalismo, haciéndonos sentir bienvenidos desde el primer momento. Además, nos atendió durante la cena . En el desayuno Paola, siempre atentos, cordiales y pendientes de cada detalle. Sin duda, el servicio de ambos hizo nuestra experiencia mucho más agradable. ¡Excelente trabajo y gracias por tan buena atención!

Me quedé dos noches con mi familia, es un lugar encantador con un excelente servicio y la comida está muy rica. El desayuno incluido también muy completo. Lo recomiendo 100%

We had such an amazing stay at Ibuku Hotel. The location is absolutely stunning, surrounded by nature with breathtaking views. Our house was beautiful, comfortable, jacuzzi and had a gorgeous view that made it even more special. The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming, which made us feel right at home. We also really enjoyed the food: both breakfast and dinner were delicious and thoughtfully prepared. We would absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for a unique and relaxing stay. We truly loved it and hope to come back again one day.

From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed like family. Everyone was so kind and helpful, even carrying our luggage to our villa. Breakfast was amazing, and the hosts made sure we had absolutely everything we needed. They went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. We can’t wait to go back and see them again!

The location was very impressive and the service was impecable. Very nice staff and extremely helpfull.

The views are stunning, but a few details could be improved, especially for what seems to be a luxury stay. Some parts of the room felt a bit worn. The curtains were falling apart, and the kitchen light bulb hung so low that I kept hitting my head on it. The staff could also be a bit more welcoming, and the breakfast left room for improvement, as the bread was hard on both mornings. The room service meals were tasty, although quite expensive, like most things at the hotel, but I can understand why. On a positive note, the spa was fantastic, and it was a nice touch that the staff offered to warm it up before we arrived. We also really enjoyed that the kayak was available free of charge. It was a great experience and we had a lot of fun using it. Parking was somewhat challenging due to the limited space and the rough condition of the road. There is also a very sharp turn when leaving the property that forces you to reverse before continuing, which makes maneuvering a bit tricky. Overall, we had a great time and I would come back.

The room was a little dated for us, it was noisy when someone walked around at night , stairs were little steep. The staff was very friendly loved the scenic views. Overall good place to stay.

The room was OK! The concept is beautiful but needed a lot of cleaning! We lap had to drag our luggage up and down and that was a workout!! Other than than everything was good It’s relaxing

staff was amazing !! room was spotless. everything was beyond perfect . special thanks to Ruben and Johan for making everything special. This was definetly an unforgettable experience for us and the kids

Staff was unfriendly, no hot water, bugs on bed, birds nest with crying birds all night. Horrible.
