I had no hot water in my room, they said they fixed it but did not. I checked out in the morning and asked for a refund for the 2 remaining nights of my stay but they refused. I contacted the manager directly who never replied to me.

I had an incredible experience at the Marquee Hotel in Medellin, Colombia in November 2025. I would like to give a special thank you to the staff who made my experience so wonderful. Sara and Allan worked the front desk and were very friendly people. They often worked evenings and did their best to help me have a wonderful experience while at the hotel. David was helpful in helping me with my luggage. The staff at the bar, Daniel, Elkin, and Jair, as well as the waiters Daniel, Marlos, Laura, and Mateo demonstrated exceptional customer service experience in the bar area. The lobby was always very clean. During my stay, Maribel and Yised provided exceptional kindness and services. I would also like to thank Edulia and Cilene for their wonderful check out experience and speedy service via WhatsApp. Laura, you have a wonderful team at the Marquee Hotel. I apologize if I forgot to name anyone. Thank you again for this wonderful experience and look forward to staying there again in February.

The experience overall was good. The location is exceptional. The hotel itself is beautiful. Area of improvement the customer service. Not enough information, communication thru watsup, the room service poor. Breakfast when included is enough and ok variety but service horrible and poor wiliness to serve and make customers feel they value their stay. We stay during hollowing and if you are thinking about resting that is not the place.

This was a great stay. The roof deck pool and spa were really cool. It was noisy from the clubs and bars outside but otherwise great.

Thanks for everything. We will be back in January.

Excellent stay here at the marquee. we had a penthouse suite and it was so beautiful. service was excellent and the breakfast was truly the best. Will stay here again.

Clean room, amenities and scenery was amazing

El hotel super limpio, bonito y un staff super amable. La comida excelente y cuartos muy cómodos. No recomiendo hospedarse para familias o niños es un área muy ruidosa y lleno de servidoras pero si vas solo o en pareja está ok si eres amante del movimiento.

Hotel staff were wonderful

Todo está limpio el personal muy amable el hotel está un poco antiguo por ejemplo mi habitación el piso es de madera y se hundía al caminar el ruido desde afuera se oye toda la noche y hasta por la mañana en general todo lo demás excelente
