The rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the location is good. However: 1) The guard at the entrance delayed our entry over an hour (!!) in order to "check our documents". This, despite the fact that we had passports, ID cards; and even custody documents for the kids! Still it took over an hour to "double check" our documents and "enter the details into the system" - all the while treating us like criminals. That was a very unpleasant way to begin our stay. 2) The water pressure in the shower was horrible; and the hot water only came on sporadically. 3) The room was right above the street, which was unbelievably noisy - all night and especially from 6 - 8 AM. 4) There is no housekeeping... so if you're staying for more than a few days, you'll need to find a way to wash your sheets and towels.

Overall the property was in good condition however the noise pollution was horrendous, it was like having the traffic continuously driving through your apartment. The double glassed doors windows made not the slightest difference, the traffic as the apartment is on the main road was 24hours and you could hear every noise from outside. I complained to the owner who basically ignored me by sending a sarcastic message “ have a good nights sleep” sleeping was impossible so if sleeping is important to you, then this apartment is certainly not suitable

Viajamos a Cartagena para participar en una carrera de triatlon. El apartamento fue perfecto por ubicación, cerca del Centro de Convecniones, del centro comercial, un Olimpica y un Ara, su cocina de primera, habitaciones grandes, comodas y lilmpias cada una con su baño independiente, la nevera perfecta, el WI-FI muy regular, la television no sirvió. El ascensor es amplio y rapido. Excelente el ingreso autonomo.
