Location was great and staff was very helpful as well.

Second stay in a week was equally as good as the first.

Helpful staff, big room, powerful shower, good gym, great breakfast and walking distance to Zones T and G.

Outdated room, the staff was professional but some of them lacked of training. Probably one of the reasons of all this issues is that the hotel is under renovation but the hotel should advise this to new clients

The hotel is perfectly situated for exploring the city. It’s in a safe, walkable area with plenty of cafés, pharmacies, and restaurants nearby. Major attractions like Zona Rosa and Parque de la 93 are just a short ride away, making it ideal for both leisure and business travelers. The rooms are spacious, spotless, and surprisingly quiet considering the central location. The beds are incredibly comfortable, and the Wi-Fi is fast enough for video calls or streaming. Housekeeping keeps everything immaculate without being intrusive. Breakfast is a highlight—fresh fruit, Colombian coffee, eggs made to order, and a variety of local and international options. Bogotá is a big city, but the hotel’s security measures made me feel completely at ease. The neighborhood feels safe, even at night, and the staff is always available to help with taxis or directions.
