Yes room clean, good service.

they overbooked, so at 10:30 at night I had to hail a cab and find another then I looked up the purchase and it was non refundable they wouldn't even call me a cab

I booked a room for 2 people when i got there they told me they didnt have one then a colombian residen came to the front desk and asked for ability i seen the guy in the front desk pull him to the side an said i have one left but a lil more cost i then aproched the man in the front desk an told him i speak Spanish that why would e give the room to some one els if i payed for that room and he pulled me to the side and said to me that he has a room in the 1 floor an he would give it to me if not i could go some wher els i didnt i had no choice the AC in the room didnt work mosquitos in the room the breakfast was bad i try to contact expidia an nothing i been with u guys for 4 years an to be hones u guys keep getting worse i think seens i travel a lot i will take action u guys dont even have a number remember we are in another country expedia should be awear of this

Pool was great. opens late though. Before you travel ask first if there are any events going on- we had a mayor soccer groups staying at the hotel- kids running around and no supervision. Colombian teams were out of hand with kids atying alone in rooms. The flies OMG, there was an infestation of flies in the rooms, pool area and dining area.

Buen hotel empleado muy amable piscina limpia y buen desayuno el hotel afuera de zona para caminar cama muy buenas televisor plana y agua caliente yo tengo papeles de doctora por perro emocional me cobraron también 30000 pesos por una nuche el hotel no es tan pet friendly por la mascota mi perro de canada tenia restricción de muchas zonas del hotel así que me quedo que una nuche yo tenía coche hay parqueo con seguridades la chica de la recepción muy amable sylvain Hurtubise Canada

I booked the room because it was incredibly inexpensive and very close to the airport where I had an early flight the next morning. But as I booked it with you Expedia the price doubled. I also thought that I would receive free breakfast, as that’s what it clearly said when I booked it. But when I checked in they said no. They didn’t give me a room as far away from the front desk as possible. Top floor which I hate, and at the end of the hallway. When I arrived at the room I realized that the key did not work into the rooms, did they had failed to program the key. So I was forced to walk all the way back down to reception were a man said he would come with me to open the door. I politely told him I did not want him to come with me I didn’t need anyone to open the door I nearly wanted a key that would actually allow me access to my own room. After entering the room and attempting to get settled, finally, I realized that the lockbox where I needed to put all my valuables was closed and there were no instructions on how to open it. So I was again forced to return to the front desk and ask two different people there four times if they had written instructions for the safe. Both of them ignored my question each time. I didn’t went into the restaurant, carrying my large backpack with my computer and phone, not wanting to leave it in the room and have it stolen, and not having access to any safe or lockbox. The food was actually good and well presented and that was the one positive

Lugar tranquilo y limpio. Excelente el transporte a Rodadero. Pocas opciones para el desayuno. Y pocas opciones en los alrededores para salir a comer o visitar. Excelente servicoos

Es un lugar seguro para quedarse, de fácil transportación ya que hay muchos taxis y los taxistas o al menos el que nos sirvió fue muy gentil y decente y si vas en tu vehículo hay parqueos.

Nice place just not much to do near by, unless you like chess. Gustavo has a class for chess there, and is very kind.

casi todo bueno, lo malo fue la musica a todo volumen el domingo en horas tempranas de la mañana proveniente de la casa de al lado. El hotel deberia exigir bajar volumenes y si no se cumple utilizar los medios legales disponibles para su cumplimiento. Esto perjudica el descanso de los huespedes y peor un domingo

It was a lower price option but I had a great stay. There is a very nice pool. A little far from the beach but it is really easy to catch a cheap taxi, there is a taxi stand right at the entrance to the property.

Breakfast was not good . Hotel staff control your meals even with buffet. If you pick one empanada you can’t pick other . Location : too noisy and don’t close from the beaches . Far away from Centro histórico Santa Marta

Esta es la segunda vez que nos hospedamos, el personal es muy amable y atento, el desayuno muy rico, el hotel es muy central, el gimnasio esta en muy buen estado
