Between hotel and Expedia got my money ! I did the reservation on expadia , when I arrived at the hotel Vegas Granada hotel in Cali , Colombia, they told me that they are not working with expadia , Expadia refused the pay me the money back Don’t trust expadia or the Vegas Granada hotel in Cali , Colombia Expadia & the hotel are both the scammers !!!

Creo que los empleados se dejaron llevar por las apariencias. Ya que al llegar al hotel, despues de haber efectuado algunas compras. Los empleados no creian que eramos huespedes, y se demoraron mucho en abrir la puerta. El desayuno no tan bueno. Hacen quedar muy mal a la arepa colombiana. Lo que sirven como arepa no es arepa.

Aunque fue una sola noche en términos generales estuvo bien, no obstante estan seria mis recomendaciones al hotel. Cambiar las cortinas de las ventanas por una que eviten la entrada de la claridad y que sean completas no por paños. Las toallas ya necesitan cambio y el desayuno mejorar la variedad. En cuanto al personal muy atentos todos y super amables ademas de serviciales.

EL DESAYUNO DEL HOTEL ES MUY MUY. MUY MALO , DEBEN OFRECER UN DESAYUNO MEJOR , mas variedad y las cocineras muy malas porque el huevo quemado , un pan feo, como frutas dan medio banano y una bebida de maracuyá horrible , estuve 3 dias hospedado y solo 1 dias fui a desayunar el resto de los dias lo perdí porque es muy malo , preferí salir a comer afuera que perder el tiempo en el desayuno del hotel

Absolutely the worst found 30 bugs in the bathroom, all the windows were closed so this might be ongoing, destroyed all my toiletries among other items. Bathroom sink was broken and leaking the floor, informed the staff and their reply was ok; didn’t do anything to resolve, avoid at all cost.

Es un hotel para nada agradable en el sentido que el personal que atiende no es tan amable, el desayuno que incluye lo hace un chico con una muy mala actitud, no ofrece variedad. Creo que por el precio que cobran en la zona se pueden escoger mejores opciones. no repetiría mi estancia en ese lugar. El hotel parece un motel de parejas al interior.

Staff and location are great.. But owners are cheap and the noise is unbearable. The cooks are also amazing extremely accommodating. Cleaners are non existent... Very inconsistent. Soo if you don't care about room cleanliness and noise than this is you're place!
