Bon séjour dans l'ensemble. Le personnel est très accueillant et disponible à tout heure et très très honnête. Des objets et l'argent oublié dans la chambre ont été restitué en intégralité. Par contre côté équipement. Le plus gros manque est la piscine et aussi pas de coffre-fort dans les chambres

The hotel is located downtown BZV, easily accessible by car … clean and safe … unfortunately there’s no business center to do work… overall I enjoyed my stay

Over-all GHS was pleasant. Breakfast was 7/10. Beds are SUPER comfortable, bathrooms are great, spacious, always hot water. Wifi was solid for the most part. A few shaky periods during zoom calls but overall much better than I usually get in Central Africa. Elevators were 5/10 and often only 1 would be functioning. Front desk was very nice and helpful. Tables in the resto often did not have the right silverware. Never once saw a big spoon for cereal. Had to hunt around and rob other tables to get utensils for my meal. Food is 7/10. Nothing spectacular. A little overpriced for what you get. I was able to secure $143/night which is a good deal. Would not pay more than that for this hotel. Also- no gym, no pool and a slight musty smell from the AC in my room. Had to change rooms after the 1st night because AC was so loud and sounded like a bucket of water was sloshing around in the ceiling.

The room is missing items such as safe box and no tissue boxes in toilets. Breakfast cost $27 on average but limited choices.

Insects in the bedroom. The water was colored and could not take shower on the morning of June 18, 2022. The staff was not trustfully

Overall a comfortable hotel with friendly staff, room was very comfortable. They can do better in improving breakfast menu and to try to create some vibe at the hotel to improve ambiance...

Great location and nice Building. Best thing of this property is its very friendly staff. Managers goes all the way to take care of residents’ needs. Lacks a gem but was told will be ready soon. Value for the money not as expected but this is the case in all Brazzaville. Overall, I recommend this hotel for budget tourists due to high hotel rates in Brazzaville.

Rooms are nice, large, with large shower. Dinner was good, but service was not great in the restaurant.

I realized I had forgotten my phone at the hotel when about to embark and they managed to find it and drive it to the airport on time. Very grateful for it

Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Not much by way of amenities at the hotel (no pool etc.) so only really suitable for a short stay. Excellent efficient airport pick-up and drop-off service. WIFI in room is poor and sometime have to stand near the door to get signal.

Un Grand Hotel en plein coeur de Brazzaville très bien situé. Un service et du personnel ultra prévenant, à priori toutes les chambres donne sur la rue mais bonne isolation phonique. Wi-Fi Internet performant. La grande façade en verre de cette hôtel donné sur toutes les chambres et génère en période chaude de la chaleur un radiateur. Toutefois compensé par une climatisation très efficace. C'est la le point faible, cette climatisation à une vitesse minimale très élevé et donc bruyante en soufflerie et si vous la coupez pour la nuit vous vous réveiller avec la chaleur, je pense que c'est une question de réglage de plus ayant une chambre dangle phénomène de chaleur plus important. Mais oui je reviendrai dans cette hôtel ce n'est pas prohibitif. Côté service le petit déjeuner est inclus dans la chambre et est de qualité un jolie buffet. Côté repas peu adepte des restaurant d'hôtel mais tout à fait correct mais quand même tout proche vous avez de bon restaurant à découvrir comme mami wata ou O Sympatic. La décoration intérieure est sobre dans les chambres semi orientales en partie commune mini lustre dans les ascenseurs ce qui contraste avec le look extérieur en verre
