Breakfast was too limited

The place was clean. Staff were friendly and very helpful. I enjoyed my stay!

We look forward to coming to this place as it is in a great location, in the middle of everything. Easy to get to Escazu and Sabana and is a good price. But now they got a new chef who doesn't want to make the fresh bread knots that we loved and was one of the main reasons for coming here. Now it's just a couple of pieces of a baguette, which is disappointing. Please bring the freshly baked bread knots back and tell the new chef to stop being lazy! Also, they stopped providing milk it is now only the coffee mate creamer/powder. The room itself was fine especially when we're just there to leave our stuff and sleep. Bed was clean. The staff were very helpful and speak English and went out of their way to help us when our car got broken into. Very thankful for their help!

There was no hot water. They gave us hand towels to bathe with. I did a package that included a honeymoon room, the room didn’t have a fridge or microwave. Was the same size as the regular rooms. I would never stay another day at that hotel.

There was a loud party going on in the Courtyard late into the night and when I tried calling the front desk nobody answered the phone.

I didn’t enjoy my stay. I had to make a last-minute cancellation for my reservation near La Sabana Park because my spouse couldn’t tolerate the constant motorcycle noise, and there weren’t many alternatives available. As a result, I ended up booking this place. The stuff is speaking english and was nice but the place itself is falling apart. Sokets were loose, bed was squeaking all the time. Urine smell from the restroom was bad. The overall cleaniness wasn't good. The breakfast included fritter with butter and jam, fruits and drinks. The garden inside was pretty good as well as noisiness level ( not close to the highly trafficking road)

DO NOT STAY HERE!! This hotel was one of the worst I have ever stayed in. It was already bad enough that the rooms were absolutely filthy and the sheets were stained and dirty, but there were HUGE flying cockroaches!!! Yes, COCKROACHES! One flew onto my partner’s head! To make matters worse, the owner has no integrity and lied to us about receiving no a refund. When I asked for a refund he assured me he would refund me if I didn’t leave a review. I agreed and left for a different, cleaner hotel. Now, the next morning, Expedia emailed me saying that the owner is refusing to refund despite there being cockroaches in our room and the entire establishment being absolutely FILTHY. DO NOT STAY HERE. It’s not at all what it looks like in the photos! Save yourself the time and money.

Midway between SJO international airport and Tracopa Staff was friendly and helpful. Itcwas very clean contrary to some reviews i read. My sheets were crispy white Birds singing in the morning.

El lugar es acogedor. Aplaudo el esfuerzo del dueño. Pero el personal es muy capaz, amigable y dispuestos a ayudar. Especialmente la recepción. Lo recomiendo mucho.

Amazing place!

You could not ask for better staff, honestly. Everything felt safe and secure here and the room was exactly what I needed so that I could be near the airport for my flight.

If you want fine accommodation for short time for very reasonable price, this is right place. Don’t expect luxury accommodation with high quality services. Hotel has very nice staff. We had some issue with the room, the owner offered us the new room, what was better. Condition of the hotel is OK, cleanliness is also OK. What could be better is the shower, it didn’t work well. We had to decide higher pressure or higher temperature. Don’t expect so much from the breakfast, are simple, but the hotel is cheap!

Absolutely loved staying here. The entire staff was extremely friendly and wonderful. The breakfast was also delicious. The place was also gorgeous and the room was clean and spacious. 1000/10 recommend
