The manager was very helpful with checking in and out, just a call away for anything we needed. We enjoyed the very spacious kitchen, the view, the peace and the birds coming every morning to the varanda. We tried to walk to the beach but it is far, we opted for calling a taxi... renting a car would be the easier thing do.

Unbeatable views of the ocean and the town from high up a mountain. More than enough room for my family of five. It is only a few minutes from town. Full kitchen and the town supermarket make it easy to eat-in. It was very clean and any issues with the place were quickly taken care of via a text to the property manager who was always available. Would definitely go back.

First, the view, which is what this location is all about. You’ll be hard-pressed to find a better view just about anywhere in the world. We were upgraded to a penthouse unit, which truly gives a top-of-the-world feeling. Drinking your morning coffee, lookong out to the Pacific is simply amazing. Now, the road up to this paradise in the sky takes some getting used to. It is perfectly safe and well-maintained, but is extremelt steep and narrow in some spots. It is best to have a small to mid sized SUV with a little power. I was afraid our poor little economy car was going to give up and die. Nonetheless, getting down to the beach every day was quite easy, and Ocotal is a great beach. The condo itself was very nice, clean and large enough for our party of 8 adults and one small child. We made heavy use of the huge modern kitchen to cook for our small army. Everything went perfect and the rental manager Miller was friendly, helpful, and available.
