My stay at this hotel was horrendous. First, upon first entrance the room looks normal. However, though the bed was made, upon settling for bed, I discovered that the sheets and pillows were unclean and smelled. My skin has been itching me since. Additionally, there were no soaps available and I had to buy my own soap (which I left at the hotel). There were strange creatures crawlers on the floor ( I have pictures) and I was constantly harassed by a hangers on who seem to be attached to the hotel. He was the guy the "attendant" gave my keys to show me my room (strange) and who invited himself into my room to tell me that I had the best bed in the facility and the best room. It was very uncomfortable and scary, arriving at night and having a stranger follow you to your room in this way. Upon my return I wrote Expedia about my experience and soon called them about the matter. No response from Expedia. I called them and was told they needed to call the hotel. They then told me that the owner said I was harassing one of the workers there. Im still speechless. I am extremely disappointed in how Expedia handled the matter because they refused to carefully investigate the matter and refused to recognize that this accusation only came after my complaints about the hotel. Needless to say I did not enjoy my stay here and would not recommend it to anyone who is traveling to Costa Rica.

Hotel was nice and the staff was good but when I got they didn't have my room so like to stay in a smaller room and they accommodating with free breakfast. The next day my room was ready.

We got to the address in the hotels.com website but it was a different hotel than what they advertise. The place in mata de limon has no pool and the pictures are nothing like the ones advertise here. We ended up paying again at the other hotel. Please be careful when you book this place, it has the wrong address.
