The property wasn't nearly as nice as it was represented in the advertisements. It was dated, difficult to navigate around (many buildings), no elevators, small rooms, poor furnishings.

Great breakfast. We were given an upgrade to a suite which was very nice.

Fantastic staff, food and location. A bit of noise from road and airport.

Very outdated property. Pictures are very deceiving. Pool was dirty and filter wasn't even on. Pool area was dirty too. Some chairs were broken. Breakfast was ok. Room furniture was dirty. No blind on the window. Not a place I would stay again.

I stayed there before I got a room with two bedrooms and two bathrooms I requested the same room. The gave me a loft that with dangerous stairs. It was not what I requested and the last time I stayed the waiter was telling me please give him a bigger tip because he had to split it with everybody. And this time the front desk clerk try to cell me a Pellegrino bottle for $20 and then the other clerk came and I asked him how much it was and he said it was $10. I never see them ring up the water he took the cash and put it in the draw. Any way the room set up was terrible and uncomfortable. I'm gonna have to find another hotel closer to the airport when I leave.

We requested a shuttle and it never showed up.

If I find myself in this area again, I will definitely stay at this location. the staff was helpful before we arrived as well as during our stay.

We had a lovely stay! Great continental breakfast and lovely time spent by the pool! Large clean rooms, only complaint was the shower was quite small! Would DEFINITELY stay again or recommend to others

Terrible experience. Staff did not book me for the airport suttle even though I requested it 24 hours in advance. I complained but no one took accountability, the blame was put on me. The pool had some green stuff no suitable for swimming or enjoying it.

Excelente experiencia en Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, San José Aeropuerto. Desde el momento en que llegué, Kevin en recepción me recibió con una atención impecable: amable, profesional y muy servicial. Las habitaciones estaban súper limpias, incluso más de lo que imaginaba. Me encantó todo el servicio, trato de todo el personal y sin duda volvería a hospedarme aquí. ¡Gracias por hacerme sentir tan bienvenido y como en casa!

Very clean, excellent room and excellent breakfast!

This property is not up to the Radisson standard I’ve come to expect. We were put in a dirty, worn out room on the 3rd floor. Two ladies hauled our luggage up to our room WITHOUT AN ELEVATOR and back down!! There are too many places to stay in SJ to tolerate inferior lodging. I never write reviews, but this place was extremely subpar and tricks you by having the Radisson name. Is Radisson going ratty? I’ll not risk it again.

Solo me nos quedamos una noche pero todo muy bien, el hotel muy bonito, excelente atención. Solo contemplar que no hay elevador, pero solo fue un segundo piso así que está bien.

Hotel is perfect located for an overnight stay, but rooms are outdated.
