We had an excellent five nights and we’re very happy with the hotel and it’s offeringS

1. El AC de la habitación estaba totalmente oxidado, hasta daba temor de enfermarse. 2. La piscina estaba sucia, las superficies estaban con hongos y cangrejos muertos 3. Una habitación con 3 personas pero solo con 2 toallas y no habían más. 4. El desayuno sin posibilidad de refill de bebida 5. Las camas flojas y la ropa de cama estaba muy usada. 6. La música en el bar siempre era la misma. La canción de “la hora dorada” sonaba como si no tuviera fin. 7. Los acabados en el baño estaban sucios, rotos y con hongos 8. El TV solo se veía la mitad de la pantalla, pésima definición de la imagen. 9. Tiene buen potencial, buena vista, ubicación pero debe mejorarse. 10. Como solo tenía opción de pagar sin reembolso no pude tomar otra decisión; pero sino me hubiera ido desde la primera noche.

Se paga por la vista que es hermosa. El hotel tiene áreas hermosas. Un gusto costoso dado que el hotel no ofrece nada más. Habitaciones muy básicas sin teléfono, ni plancha, ni coffe maker, ni shampoo, TV Obsoleto, olor a pintura, aire no enfriaba suficiente. Mala comunicación. Falta de indicaciones, recomendaciones, advertencia, otros. No preguntaron cómo estuvo la estadía, no preguntaron nada. Personal distraído. Desayuno precario. Café de mala calidad. Instalaciones con poco mantenimiento, podrían haber tablas en mal estado en zonas peligrosas, pasillos hacia la playa descuidados, con basura. Hay una playa hermosa prácticamente privada, pero el camino que hizo el hotel está muy descuidado.

I would give this hotel 0 stars if I could. My family and I booked a 4-night stay and it turned into one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. From the moment we checked into the room, there were serious cleanliness and health concerns. There was visible mold on the pillows and throughout the room, the sheets appeared dirty and stained, and the bathroom was filthy and clearly had not been properly cleaned before our arrival. The conditions were so unacceptable that we could not remain for our entire stay. We checked out early because we were concerned about our health and safety. To make matters worse, the food was terrible and did not meet even basic expectations. The most frustrating part was trying to obtain a refund. Despite leaving early due to the condition of the room, I was only refunded for 2 of the 4 nights I originally reserved. Getting any response from management was extremely difficult. Expedia repeatedly attempted to contact the hotel on my behalf through emails and phone calls, and I personally made multiple calls and even visited the property in person. Weeks of delays, lack of communication, and constant fighting just to receive a partial refund added unnecessary stress to an already terrible experience.Customer service was disappointing, accountability was nonexistent, and the overall condition of the property was unacceptable. I would strongly caution anyone considering staying here. There are far better options available.

The staff was amazing friendly, helpful, and always willing to assist with anything we needed. The beach was very clean and well maintained, making it the perfect place to relax and enjoy the beautiful surroundings. The service was outstanding throughout our stay, and everyone made us feel welcome and comfortable. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great beach vacation and excellent customer service.

Clean, helpful personal all good

We did not have a good experience during our stay. When we first arrived, there was no welcome experience or refreshments offered, which made the check-in feel uninviting. In our room, basic amenities such as towels, soap, shampoo, and conditioner were missing. The toilet was also not properly cleaned when we arrived, and it remained in poor condition throughout our 5-day stay. Housekeeping was inconsistent, and our room was sometimes skipped until we contacted the front desk to request cleaning. There was also no phone in the room to contact staff directly. Unfortunately, some of the front desk staff came across as rude, which made the atmosphere feel uncomfortable at times. It also appeared that management would occasionally ask staff to change music or shows in shared areas to cater to certain groups, which affected the overall environment. On a positive note, the bartenders were very kind and helpful throughout our stay.

Everything was lovely specially the amazing black beach recommend going there

Breakfast selection not good. Receptionist rude asf and tried to stick us in wrong room. Our last night there a dog got eaten by a wild animal and its screams echoed so loudly it was disturbing. It wasnt hotel fault but it was so scary and sad i couldn't go back to bed. The views are amazing, the private beach is best ever, food is good. Mixed bag staying here. If you come for the views and privacy this is your place. Hiwever if you want good service and positive vibes this isnt your place.

Unfortunately the worst experience I have ever had. Don’t get fooled by the pictures they have online. It is nothing close to the description. They price was very high for the service and quality of the hotel. It was dirty and the food was poor. The price for this hotel per night should be $50 and not $285. I got scammed and it was a ripoff. Be carefully friends.

Great staff! We loved the bartender Dillon:) The property could be a little cleaner and the rooms are a little basic. We loved the view and the hotel was nice overall!

The restaurant and pool area was nice. The rooms are very basic. The staff were very friendly and very helpful! Has a little private beach which was nice.

The breakfast menus consisted of two choices. Both were fine for breakfast that was included. The property needs quite a bit of upkeep. The staff were very friendly. They close the gate around 4-5 pm and a security guard needs to open it for you, not a big inconvenience but just something to keep in mind. The hotel shuts down at 9 pm.

The view of the beaches ⛱️ 😍 is awesome! Staff was friendly and accommodating 💯
