Excellent all around. The grounds, the food, the service, all fantastic. Plenty to do on site and more nearby (though not walkable). If you’re looking for something amongst the hustle and bustle, this isn’t it. It’s a wonderfully peaceful spot to stay amongst nature. Will definitely consider going back!

Una estancia inolvidable. El lugar esta muy cuidado, lleno de detalles. El personal es muy amables todo el tiempo, la comida es deliciosa. Hicimos un pequeño tour para ver animales y tuvimos la suerte de contar con un guia que nos enseño un oso perezoso llamado Emma, monos aulladores, ranas, coaties, serpientes!!! toda la experiencia del bosque tropical en un solo lugar.

The friendliest staff I have ever met on any vacation! The grounds and rooms were immaculate and every staff member was welcoming, knowledgeable, and personable. The food was delicious, the beds were comfortable, and the property was gorgeous. We can't wait to go back!

Simplesmente maravilhoso ! O serviço, a natureza , instalações, o rio celeste em si , tudo muito exclusivo e de muito bom gosto .. só 20 quartos ! todas as noites no jantar música ao vivo , comida deliciosa , café da manhã maravilhoso ! Foram dias incríveis no Rio Celeste …. O Rio è muito lindo e gostoso ! Final da tarde tinha um passeio com um biólogo pra ver os bichos noturnos : rãs, cobras , sapos , etc … O café da manhã era com a visita dos macacos , quatis, esquilos 🐿️ e pássaros ! O bicho preguiça, no alto da árvore, avistavamos todos os dias ! Muito fofo ! Aula de yoga final da tarde ! O hotel fica na Cloud Forest , floresta nublada, quase sempre está chovendo e nublado .. as 2 trilhas até o rio celeste e a piscina aquecida são atividades legais mas o hotel é pra relaxar e contemplar . Considero o serviço e a gentileza de todos funcionários o melhor ponto do hotel! Desde a reserva o serviço foi impecável ! Inesquecível !!!!!! A Khaterine faz a melhor margarita da Costa Rica ., e os outros funcionários sempre nos receberem muito bem com um sorriso no rosto ! Natureza com serviço incrível e muito bom gosto !!!!

An outstanding hotel Staff were so friendly and helpful Room was stylish, large, lived the outdoor shower 2 restaurants food was excellent in both and wines very good Breakfast was best in Costa Rica - buffet style - lots of choice and delicious Bar area was fun for a pre dinner cocktail and a fun games room Pool area was lovely and tranquil with a great hot whirl pool for relaxing in after morning activities The free afternoon yogo with Jeremy was fantastic and so nice after a day tubing The trail walks were great for bird spotting and we had a nice swim in the Rio Celeste at the bottom Definetely recommend this hotel

Hideaway Celeste is a fabulous place. It is absolutely worth the price!

The property is absolutely beautiful. The staff is amazing - especially at the restaurant. The rooms are very nice, amazing outdoor shower, our only complaint would be that the bed was not very comfortable. Overall it was a great choice and would definitely recommend it.

Excelente lugar muy bonito y muy bien acoplado a su contexto de montaña, super recomendado, muy limpio y su personal muy amable. Volveriamos con gusto a visitarlos.

Staff was great, grounds were beautiful, but the price of the food and drinks combined with the poor quality really put a dark cloud over our stay unfortunately…..

Beautiful and serene property!!

The property is very average for the price paid. The location is nice and close to visit blue water park. And it has its own little hiking trail and access to the river. That is very nice. The service was average. No explanation of anything.

This place is amazing. 100% one of the best hotels I have ever experienced. The staff is super friendly, the atmosphere is relaxing, and you get to see all kinds of wildlife onsite.

Personal amigable, nos dieron recomendaciones de la zona, comida deliciosa, acceso al río Celeste y con lugares para nadar, habitación limpia y espaciosa. Definitivamente volvería para quedarme más días.

Amazing , huge rooms with beautiful design, great staff, the GYM open 24/7 , great pool area. It is just perfect!!!!!!!!!!!!
