宿のオーナーのおもてなしが、心地よかった！

Extremely friendly staffs, really well talking care of guests. I had mismanaged my reservation and overstayed without knowing. Staff had been understanding and handled my mistake so elegantly and professionally. It was embarrassing for me, while the hotel manager had handled the situation extremely well which made me feel welcomed and appreciated. Personally i have never been more appreciated and welcomed. Would love to stay in touch and visit again.

Ótimo custo-benefício. Café da manhã incrível. Atendimento muito bom! A casa é bastante antiga, mas bem conservada. A localização é ótima, perto das principais atrações. Fizemos tudo à pé.

The host was very friendly and the breakfast was custom made. It was delicious made the stay a bargain and a pleasure.

Such a cute and safe space. My flight arrived late but i was welcomed and shown around. Comfortable room. Breakfast the next morning was delicious and interactions with owner and staff was so kind and helpful. Would stay again!

Aunque Casa 69 está en una ubicación céntrica, algunos huéspedes han advertido que los alrededores pueden sentirse poco seguros. Es fundamental permanecer alerta al caminar en esta zona.

Wenn ich je wieder nach San Jose reise, werde ich dieses Hotel auf jeden Fall wieder buchen!! Lage - ca. 15min Fussweg von Zentrum entfernt! Service - sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit! Frühstück - Kaffee/Tee und frische Früchte kann jeder sich selber nehmen, so viel er möchte! Es werden frisch aufgebackene Brötchen mit Butter und Marmelade und dazu ein typisches Frühstück serviert! Ausstattung - die Zimmer sind gepflegt, dauber und verfügen über genügend Platz und haben sogar eine Klimaanlage. Auf dem Dach des Hauptgebäudes befindet sich eine Dachterrasse mit einer gigantischen Aussicht! Würde dieses Hotel jedem empfehlen, da es klein und überschaubar ist, aber trotzdem hat das Hotel alles, was es zum wohlfühlen braucht!

Winston and his team were amazing - they were friendly and helpful. The property was great - reasonably priced, nice breakfast, clean, colorful and located very close to Barrio Escalante - great coffee and dining options. The train ran by during the day and early evening but didn’t bother us. We stayed for 3 nights and would definitely return!

My flight was late getting in and I arrived after 10pm. The host was very nice and accomodating and got me into my room quickly. Parking was tricky but he very patiently guided me into a safe spot. There is road noise because its a city but the hotel was very quiet overall. Breakfast was great! All staff were so nice.

Casa 69 is a boutique hotel with the warm, homey feel of an Airbnb. The owner, is on site. The email communications were very good. Please note that the hotel payment must be made at the hotel in cash. When you arrive, you are warmly greeted and shown to your room. The breakfast eating area is alive with colour and artwork as well as plants and a tree growing up beyond the roof. It is a perfect setting for a relaxing breakfast. Assistance for tourists is available all day. The staff, are particularly helpful in providing suggestions. If you have difficulty climbing stairs, just ask for a room on the main floor. Breakfast consists of blended juices, warm, crusty rolls, your choice of eggs, rice and beans and amazing red papaya and sweet pineapple. The breakfast menu doesn't vary from day today and is always delicious. There is a good-sized relaxing space with couches and a variety of tour books for this country. We had an extended day of over a week and enjoyed the comfortable accommodations and service. Highly recommended! You can walk into the city and see a small park, the national library and the contemporary art museum (MADC), all of which are great tourist sites. The library had two art exhibits. Two major train stations are nearby. There is a restaurant area with many restaurants within a 10 min. Walk. Also try Sopitas for a lunch or light dinner. Please like this review.
