Super nice, great breakfast. There’s a supermarket practically right on the property so you’re able to get some goodies there. In a great location and super safe.

Clean room, nice staff but we had problems with the wifi and when they moved us to a different room the key door wasn't working properly but overall nice hotel

Excelente hotel. El desayuno tipo buffet es muy variado y de buena calidad. Las habitaciones estaban limpias, cómodas y bien equipadas. El personal fue amable y atento en todo momento. Las áreas comunes, incluyendo la piscina, se encontraban en buen estado y eran agradables para relajarse. Además, el estacionamiento es amplio y seguro, lo cual es un gran plus. Sin duda, una muy buena opción para hospedarse.

Was exactly what I needed for a one night stay. Staff was very helpful, including accommodating an early check in and reminding me of my room number. The room was fine. Still has carpet flooring and a jalousie window. Breakfast was good, with a good selection. Grocery store an easy walk.

The staff were so friendly and professional. We looked forward to the amazing breakfast every morning. By far the best hotel breakfast I've ever had. The pool area is beautiful and comfortable. We got around via Uber which was a bit of a problem because this hotel used to be called Best Western but got split into two hotels and a number of the drivers were confused by that.

Everything was good but they have to fix the jets in the jacuzzi so they work the enjoyment of a jacuzzi is the warm water and the jets pulsating

Was advertised with a balcony, but the room did not come with one. They moved us to a smaller room without even offering a partial refund. Staff was very unpleasant and rude, and the complementary breakfast consisted of rice and beans and fried plantains yuck the ice machine didn’t work on our floor. The safe did not work. The TV did not work until I fixed it. They were unable to send any staff up until the next morning. Horrible place stay away, not worth the money. The location was not great for that price at all.

Mi experiencia en el hotel fue en general positiva. El personal fue muy amable y siempre estuvo dispuesto a ayudar, lo cual hizo la estadía más agradable. Si bien las instalaciones son algo antiguas, todo funcionaba correctamente y se notaba que mantienen el lugar limpio y ordenado. Eso se agradece mucho. El desayuno estuvo muy rico y con buena variedad de opciones, lo que permitió empezar el día de muy buena manera. Desafortunadamente, no recibí la amenidad correspondiente a mi estatus VIP, lo cual fue un poco decepcionante ya que es parte de las cortesías que se me habían prometido. Considero que es un detalle importante que deberían cuidar, especialmente para quienes valoramos ese tipo de beneficios. En general, fue una buena experiencia, pero sería ideal que presten más atención a este tipo de detalles.

The room and staff was really good .
