We (4 adults) enjoyed our stay very much. Finding this hidden treasure off the main road was a little difficult the first time, but we learned the visual landmarks quickly. We felt VERY secure inside the Suites and it was quiet and relaxing. Located in a neighborhood, we had very pleasant interactions with the local residents and frequented the grocery store nearby. David, the Manager, was WONDERFUL with communication and photos showing us where to park, how to gain entrance and get to our rooms (up approx 20 stairs from the street level to the main floor) We enjoyed a lovely suite (2 air-conditioned bedrooms, kitchenette with plates, pots, some utensils, silverware, stove, refrigerator, microwave, coffeemaker, electric sandwich maker, and my favorite item: hot water in the large shower with rainfall showerhead. We purchased food, sugar, salt, coffee, etc. from the grocery store about 100m away and enjoyed a nice meal at the restaurant next to the grocery store. We recommend this property to anyone who can climb stairs well and prefers to be off the main road, enjoying local culture and relaxing quietly in A/C inside their Suite.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Alles war sehr sauber und sicher. Das Auto konnten wir in einem abgesperrten Bereich parken. Die Aussicht aus der Terrasse war wunderbar und das Bett sehr bequem. Leider gab es kein warmes Wasser in der Dusche aber wenn es so warm ist draußen ist das nicht so schlimm. Der Herr der uns eingecheckt hat war sehr nett. Vielen Dank!

The room was very nice and the inside very spacious. Not a big kitchen, but big enough. The huge Jacuzzi tub only had controls for the shower, but the water was nice and warm. The host was very helpful and reachable via WhatsApp after I called him. Easy walk to the bus stop for a ride down to the beach. You can't go wrong here.

Está es para mí una bonita oportunidad de expresar mi gratitud por haber recibido una excelente atención. Todo en Natural Pacific Suites fué una experiencia muy agradable. Un lugar súper limpio, acogedor, amplio y perfectamente equipado. Esperamos regresar y encontrar de nuevo a David y a su equipo maravilloso de trabajo. Súper recomendado!

Great stay here! In a great location with a really nice restaurant just up the road. Insanely good value for money - would recommend!

we had all basic necessities one would need. the apartment was spacious with vaulted ceilings, 2 bedrooms(1 queen and 2 twin beds), 1.5 bathrooms. the kitchen had everything we needed. the bathroom was big with a huge shower that was hot and easy to use. the a/c was cold worked well and always cooled the whole apt down, exactly what we needed after a long day of exploring. we had clean linens, towels, and more than enough toilet paper. having the garage/gate as an extra safety feature was a plus. it’s about a 5 min walk up a steep hill to the main road but this didn’t bother us. make sure to check out “restaurante el cerdo feliz” (only 150 ft from hotel) - amazing little family owned spot right up the street, it was the perfect place to walk to for dinner, we dined in twice out of the 3 nights we were in manuel antonio. we enjoyed the foosball and pool table as well. you will definitely hear animals at the crack of dawn - i won’t forget the rooster lol but all apart of the experience. lots of friendly dogs up and down the street. unfortunately we couldn’t get the tv to work but this wasn’t a deal breaker. also, in my opinion the beds were stiff, as I have back problems. otherwise, definitely check this hotel out when you’re in manuel antonio. it is centrally located, spacious, enjoyable and has everything you would need, especially for the price you really can’t beat it. public bus is just down the street - 380 colones! thank you eddy :)

Amazing value for backpackers and travelers on a budget! We also saw a lot of wild life from our balcony. And the best restaurant in town just next door.

Natural Pacific Suites was perfect for us. The kitchen and common places are worth highlighting. Eddie at the front desk was incredible and really helped us out a ton with our options for the day. They let us park in their covered spot. Would definitely recommend this place. Had no trouble getting to the park, was really close to the bus stop, so transportation method was really flexible.

El lugar en general me pareció agradable, tomar en cuenta que por la zona hay presencia de gradas siendo difícil para una persona en silla de ruedas o con alguna condición especial que limite subir. El parqueo es algo incómodo solo cuenta con dos espacios y al frente hay dos espacios más pero para autos pequeños. De lo contrario el carro se deja en la vía pública. De igual manera habían cámaras y el lugar es tranquilo, eso fue ventajoso. Finalmente, me hubiese gustado que tuvieran un espacio para enjuagar la ropa que viene mojada y con arena, ya que hubo que hacerlo en un área de duchas comunes para quitarse la arena. El trato de Eddy muy cordial, atento a apoyar y resolver cualquier emergente. Y queda muy cerca de playa viezans y el parque nacional Manuel Antonio.

We were a bit scared because of bad reviews about the apartment but we can't agree with that at all! This place is absolutely amazing. It was very clean, the rooms have both AC, a huge shower and a seperate toilet. The kitchen could be a bit better equipped but it was still enough for what we made. The beds were super comfortable! The only thing we would have like different is the lighting. It is very dark in the bathrooms and the rooms. So for us ladies it was a bit difficult to get ready. For the price you pay, you get so much space. And you can see that somebody put a lot of effort into details in decorating. We even had some Christmas decoration in the apartment and the common area outside was decorated as well. Every socket has its own decoration. So much love in this place. Moreover, the owner is very attentive and helpful. Whenever we had a question or a request, we had an answer in no time. We even got fresh towels inbetween. We enjoyed it very much and would come back any time.

L'hôtel pourrait être très bien. Méfiez vous de ce qui est écrit sur expedia. Il n'y a aucune douche à jet en état de fonctionner, le parking est indisponible, première soirée sans eau chaude, service de laverie existant mais nécessite 3 nuitées... Nous n'avons jamais vu le gérant, communication uniquement par WhatsApp et il semble que les infos expedia soient mal reçues puisque nous n'avons jamais eu les petits déjeuners dont nous avons choisi l'option sur le site... enfin nous aurons pu les avoir Si nous avions payé en plus... Heureusement, la voisine d'en face, qui ne parle qu'espagnol, a fait de son mieux pour nous aider lors de notre arrivée et nous l'en remercions. Pour notre départ, nous sommes parti en laissant les clés après 20min d'attente que le gérant veuille bien nous répondre sur WhatsApp... Quel dommage de gâcher un tel potentiel... Pour ameliorer le service, un peu de sel, de café/thé et de sucre serait le bienvenu dans une cuisine...

Very good sized apartment. Shame they didn’t have a washing machine.

Manager Eddie of this property makes this a not so pleasant stay. The breakfast was promised on the listing but was never delivered. When we reached in the evening Eddie decides not to be present at the property at the time of check-in and does not care to pick up the phone. The lady across the street was kind enough to carry our bags for two floors. Next morning Eddie shows up to ensure check out happens on time only at the nick of time while his office is still closed. We bring down luggage with kids for two floors and he just stood there with blank face. Costa Rica is a country of amazing and warm people but if for any reason you are tried of the warmth and hospitality then book this hotel.

There was no bedding provided for sofa bed. By the time we went back to reception to ask for it, he was already gone.

This was a very spacious room with 2 BR, and 1.5 baths, and kitchen. It should have been 5 star by that alone, but the roof leaked, the jacuzzi tub leaked and was messy to clean up, to get wifi we had to be towards the front door or out on the balcony (ie no connectivity in bedrooms), and there was no breakfast included-- that part should be removed from the listing. Additionally when we went to check out, there was no one in the office. We just left our keys, and went back to make sure they found them. So, many aspects of the stay that were not smooth.
