Beautiful property and the concierge was extremely helpful! The only thing I’ll say is be prepared to drive. Nothing is really walkable but great stay regardless.

The Bougainvillea condos were safely located on the Reserva Conchal resort where we enjoyed many resort amenities, such as the beach club, Neenda restaurant, and Playa Conchal beach. The condo was clean and well-maintained with air conditioning (very important) and laundry facilities in the condo (much appreciated). The internal shuttle to the beach club was easy to call for and very efficient. Bring money in small bills (dollars ok) as you'll want to be giving some cash tips for the services. There isn't too much off the property and the beach, but I found this whole area to be that way.

Property is beautiful 😍 totaly loveed it,the only thing was you have to rebt a gulf cart or a car. Property is Hughes and the only way to move is though shuttle ( which is provided by the property) but more convenient to have your own way.Also check out is at 10am and we ask the property to stay for 30 minutes after check out bc our shuttle to airport was arriving at 10.30, and politely say no. When check in is at 3pm that disappoint us. But is what it is.

Everyone was so nice amd respectful. Promptly replied to all my emails. Transportaion from condo to hotels/beach was quick. Cleaniless all around. Everyonr in clean uniforms saying good morning. It was great.
