Would give 3.5 if I could. Kitchen and bar staff are very friendly and likable; however the front desk staff has room for improvement. The key card system is very easily malfunctioned and I had to visit the front desk multiple times for them to fix both of my room keys. Their English is average but there was more often than not a language barrier when asking somewhat simple questions such as laundry information and things of that nature. The room was very nice and cleaned regularly, but the safe was locked shut upon arrival and I was unable to get it open, so over the duration of my trip I had to store my valuable/important items in hiding places. Other than that I had a great time, and if I found myself in Santa Ana again I wouldn’t mind staying here a second time. The pool and gym area were very well kept, but for some reason the rooftop bar was not open a single time over the weekend and I’d assume that’s how it stays most of the time. If you’re visiting CR to explore the land, beaches, mountains, and local area then this place is great for that,, lots of transportation options from the hotel for easy travel. If you’re really into art and museums as well this is a place you’d better visit as every floor and hallway is filled with paintings or sculptures. Last but not the least the breakfast gets a 7.5/10 in my book!

Great little hotel! Clean comfortable spacious room and the staff were wonderful. Lots of restaurants and shopping etc nearby. Very good buffet breakfast included and the art collection is amazing. Nice pool and bar area up top with a good view. Has a great vibe. Would definitely stay again.

Such a beautiful hotel in a great location. Wonderful paintings and sculptures are everywhere you look. Room was clean, modern and luxuriously appointed. Very cool pool area. Restaurant has excellent food, and the breakfast buffet was bountiful with something for everyone. Staff was very professional, helpful and gracious. Lots of shopping and great restaurants in the immediate area. Great place to stay in the San Jose area.

The property is very well kept, customer service is superb, and location is close enough to city and close enough to beaches.
