If you want beach access, this is the place to stay as it’s right across the street! Our room was a sea view and it was stunning! The promenade and beaches were recently put in, with continued construction to expand it further. There is lots to do in the area and the white pebble beaches were amazing but you’ll definitely need water shoes. If you have mobility issues, there is a section of the beach that is designed for those with mobility issues (ramp and sea access via hoist or ladder) and it’s right across the street from the hotel. Buffets had lots of choice so it was easy to find something we liked. Only challenge we had was the coffee situation. There was a machine to get an espresso but there was only one and the line was backed up. The included saunas were well appreciated!

Personeel niet echt vriendelijk, kamer te warm omdat airco niet werkte, daarvoor deur open gelaten maar dan heb je geluid overlast van buiten. Douche beschimmeld. gordijenen stuk aan onderkant.

The Valamar app is a game changer. A quick way for requesting things such as house keeping. The buffet dinner was overpriced for what you get. Breakfast was decent with a variety of options.

Super Gym und toller Wellnessbereich. Leider wird dieser von Gästen nicht gut genutzt und wirkt teilweise etwas abgenutzt. Das Personal ist nett und hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer wurde leider nicht gut gereinigt.

The staff were approachable friendly and efficient. Breakfast Buffet was an amazing range of options including eggs cooked exactly to order. Plenty of fruit available as well as cereals, nuts etc. Staff worked really hard to keep tables cleared for each new customer. Pool and Wellness Centre were beautifully laid out - provided a relaxing atmosphere. Great range of treatments on offer. Roof top bar is stunning. The hotel provides a very relaxed atmosphere. The building work nearby forced a road closure but this was outside the control of the hotel.

The hotel is by the seafront & had great seaview but things are very much in progress & felt rather isolated as there is just one corner shop and nothing else nearby. Public transport is non-existent. No buses, too far to walk into town and no shuttle bus from the hotel. Cost us a fortune back & forth into the city centre via taxis. Never jump into a taxis unless you have negotiate a fixed price. They will look for the longest route so they can charge a fortune. The hotel look fine at first but need further cleaning for a 4*. Curtains riped, walls scruffy, and its generally quite dusty (maybe from the continuous construction work outside). Food at the restaurant was simple with limited options for a buffet and for what they charge. Plate and food was cold and bland & dry. You will see what doesn't get eaten at night will be there for breakfast! Attitude of staff really need improvement. They're not friendly, nor helpful...just doing their job and nothing more. Lots of things were broken 4 days we were there. Lifts broke, two coffee machine at breakfast broke, 2 out 3 sockets in our room does not work and one of the flush in our toilet broke.

The hotel was nice and the room as well, but the reception service was just average as they maintained a 3:00 pm check-in for us and not others. The waiter in the dining room brought all of our food at once: appetizers, mains, etc. But he apologized profusely when he realized his mistake.

This hotel is lovely, the pool facilities are fab. But it could do with some parts being updated, our shower was in need of that. Cleanliness in the bed room was also not the best. Breakfast was good, apart from the regular breaking down of the coffee machines! But no complaints over all.

Everything was perfect exept the Electric cord. I couldn't charge my phone because the power cord didn't fit. There was no charging system for the charger cord. Fortunately, I was able to safely charge my phone at the reception desk.

I enjoyed my stay but I didn’t give them a five star because the hotel needs better cleaning. My bathroom sower had mold all around the shower. The hallway carpet was so dirty. The pool area wasn’t very clean with mold around the pool glass. The glass around the pool was so dirty also the glass on our balcony was so dirty. Also the hotel on the 1st floor smelled really bad I don’t know if it had to do with the carpet being dirty and getting wet from being on the same floor as the pool it definitely needs a deodorizer in the vents. Overall a beautiful hotel. The breakfast was very good had great options. I would probably stay here again but the cleaning is a must in order for me to stay again.

Chambre propre, spacieuse et agréable, très jolie vue mer depuis le balcon et juste la route à traverser pour avoir les pieds dans l’eau, spa et les 2 piscines (intérieur et extérieur) de l’hôtel extraordinaire avec vue splendide ! Par contre uniquement en anglais ou en croate!

Veldig fint hotel som vi kunne besøke igjen, savnet informasjon om hotellet og fasiliteter, helt tilfeldig vi så det var stor badstue/aroma avdeling som kunne benyttes fritt, få info opp på tv, det kan vel ikke være så vanskelig, men helt topp opphold med balkong mot sjøen
