Our stay was extremely disappointing and did not come close to matching the description or price advertised online. The bathrooms were covered in mold, the floors were visibly dirty, and the mattresses were so thin and uncomfortable that getting a good night's sleep was nearly impossible. To make matters worse, we had no hot or warm water for an entire day. Every time we brought an issue to the front desk, Petra and Franka were consistently rude, dismissive, and repeatedly told us there was nothing they could do. Their lack of professionalism and willingness to help only made an already terrible experience worse. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Save yourself the disappointment and stay somewhere else.

The hotel was nice and clean with good facilities. However, the springs of the sofa bed was broken so it was uncomfortable for my kids. The hotel did whatever it can to fix the issue with rope and plastic ties. These things should have been looked at before checking in.

Our stay at this hotel was unfortunately very disappointing, especially considering it is advertised as a 5-star property. When we arrived, we immediately noticed that one of the beds was broken, making it impossible for our children to sleep on it. We also found that the refrigerator door barely closed, one of the cupboard doors could not be opened, and the room phone was broken. After reporting these issues, a technician came and repaired the bed with zip ties, replaced the phone, and fixed the cupboard. While we appreciated the quick response, these are not problems you expect to encounter upon arrival at a luxury hotel. The cleanliness of the room was also far below expectations. Under the beds and cupboards there was a significant amount of dust and dirt, suggesting these areas had not been cleaned for a long time. During our stay, housekeeping only changed the towels and made the beds. The floor remained dirty, and stains on the table were never cleaned. Breakfast was another disappointment. The dining area was very crowded every morning, glasses were often unavailable, the coffee machines were frequently out of order, and food was not replenished promptly, resulting in regular waiting times. Overall, this hotel did not live up to the standards of a 5-star property. While the location is convenient and the beach itself is attractive, the poor maintenance, lack of cleanliness, and several operational issues made our stay far less enjoyable than we had anticipated.

Dårlig renhold av rommet. Fikk nesten daglig for lite håndklær.

Schöne Unterkunft mit guter Ausstattung und zwei Pools. Das Personal könnte aufmerksamer und zuvorkommend sein.

Fint hotell og positivt at det var mulig å benytte seg av fasilitetene til tilknyttet hotell slik som spa avdeling og bassenger. Spa avdeling var veldig fin og ren. Tre fine bassenger. God frokost. Air condition fungerte optimalt. God seng på soverommet, men sovesofa ble for kort og madrassen for tynn.

Terrible hotel, more like a 1 star hotel. First night AC did not work, its was so hot, and there was no one to help us in fixing the AC. Hotels floors where so dirty, towels were barely towels, they say they have room service but they never answer the room service extension. Only person nice and willing to help is Tonia in the recepción.

Bra frukost, hårda sängar, bra läge direkt vid stranden & strandpromenaden. Gymmet var ok. Hittade tyvärr en silverfisk i sängen. Ocharmigt men fräscht hotell.

Hyvä sijainti pitkän ranta-alueen edustalla. Siisti ja tilava perhehuoneisto kahdella huoneella, kylpyhuoneella ja erillisellä lisä wc:llä oli erinomainen perheelle. Aamiainen oli monipuolinen ja sitä pystyi nauttimaan sekä sisällä, että ulkoterassilla.

Great location and spa facilities. Hotel is very clean and the rooms (Delux) are very spacious. Delux rooms also have an additional toilet. We had to request to get our room cleaned after 3 days of no cleaning! Other hotel guests had left their room service dishes, with leftover food in the hallway. It remained there overnight and most of the next day! We did request for the plates to be taken away. Ask for coffee pods to be restocked during a room clean as they do not always do this. The best rooms in Amphora Gardens are on the front east side of the building as you have an amazing view of the sea. For promenade views, ask for a room on the far west side of the building.Ground floor rooms have no views. The hotel is overlooked by Amphora hotel. Downstairs pool was very cold during mid June, however you can easily pop into the heated indoor pool. Rooftop pool is warmer however it would imagine that it gets very warm on the rooftop sun bathing area during high season. The spa facilities are excellent. One of the best hotel spas that i have ever visited. The hotel was very quiet during mid June - that was perfect for us. The beach bars and beach area across the road are excellent! Great facilities and very very clean!

Room was very clean and tidy. Beds were big and tidy. All the staff were extremely helpful, polite and friendly. Breakfast was good, not the best I have had. Location is good if you have a car as it’s just outside the old town, about 10 minutes from decent parking for the town. Indoor pool and spa area was excellent. All in all a nice hotel.
