ロスバゲにしたのだが、空港とのやりとりに協力してくれて助かった。 チェックインの際、部屋に関しての詳細な説明は不足。洗濯機、温水器スイッチ、etc. 入社１０日目のスタッフで知識不足？後で説明に来ますと言い残したままで終わった。オフィスとは別棟の部屋（１２番）だったが、上の階の住人（子供のいる一般家族）の足音が終日ドンドンとうるさかった。内装は新しいものの、古い建物なので致しかたないが。周辺は大変便利で、１０泊しましたが、食事、買物、観光に最適でした。

ホテルの表示が分かり辛い。i から電話してもらった。

立地が素晴らしく、市内観光の合間に部屋に戻って休憩ができた。部屋、バスルーム共に十分広く、不自由しない。連泊したが自動的なバスタオルの補充はなかったが、階下の事務所で替えをもらえる。このホテルに限った話ではないが、お湯はタンクに貯めおくタイプなので、お湯の使いすぎに注意が必要。リフトもある。

建物の外見はとても古く、心配でしたが、 中は6人で泊まりましたがバスルームも2つあり、広々と快適に過ごしました。 バルコニーからの眺めは最高でした。アクセスも中心部にある為とても便利です。お勧めです。

便利なアパートメントタイプのホテルですが、 綺麗ではない建物だったり写真からのイメージとは異なります。 アメニティがないので、シャンプーなどを持参する必要があり短期滞在には不便。 また車が近くまではいけません。

　ザグレブの中心部イェラチッチ広場から徒歩１００ｍほど、空港や駅からタクシーに乗った場合は、ホテルの前が歩行者専用道路なので、ガイエーヴァ(Gajeva Ulica)７番地まで行くように、運転手に告げるとよい。やはり、１００ｍも歩けば、建物の入り口に到達する。 　ただし、普通の雑居ビルなので、玄関脇にあるブザーの中から、この施設のボタンを押して、玄関のドアのロックを解除してもらわなければならないので、そういうことに慣れていない方は少し苦労するかもしれない。

サイトの住所と宿泊先が違ったためチェックインをするのに苦労しましたが、スタッフの方が親切でよかったです。 部屋もとても広く、清潔感もあってよかったのですが、シャワーのお湯がで途中から水になり、そこだけが残念でした。

ザグレブの中心街イェラチッチ広場から近く、広い部屋、清潔な水周り、スパイスなど調味料が完備されたキッチン冷蔵庫があり快適でした。週末の夜になると、近所でバーの音楽やスポーツ観戦の音がうるさかったが、賑やかで夜道も安心できた。 The hotel was located right next to the Jelacic square; very convenient for shopping and eating. The room was spacious, with clean bed and sheets, showers and a kitchen. The host was kind to offer transportation to and from the airport. On weekend nights, the sound of music and singing of people at the sport bars was a bit noisy but bearable. Would definitely recommend this apartment.

Everything awesome about this place from immediate responses to our questions, to them adjusting temp in the apartment through the system I mean we were treated like kings. Our first time in Italy and they made it very memorable. Thank you to the team.

Overall pleased but did not receive any essentials with room. Eg. shampoo body wash etc. and the hair dryer did not work. Most excellent location. The elevator is very out dated and small

Perfect to explore the old city

Great location near to public transport, dining options and Zagreb sites. Spacious room and relaxing atmosphere.

Close to activity but also too loud

Good location. Clean apartment. It would have been better to know that it was remote check in prior to arrival. We expected to be greeted but needed to message to find pass key code to enter building and apartment. The one person lift from before WW2 was scary but it worked. Otherwise a nice apartment a very central part of the city. I would be happy to return.

Horrible customer service. I arrived and unfortunately for me had a sick baby with a 103 fever and 6 luggage pieces. We could not find our way to the property while making circles with a cab driver. Tried calling the property owner who did not respond until way later in the evening when we already had checked into hotel esplanade (beautiful property) because I had no option and couldn’t stand on the street waiting for the property owner to respond. When they finally did respond she did not seem to care whatsoever. Extremely rude!! Would not recommend to anyone.

This property does not abide by their own check-in procedure and left me stuck without my first night's accommodations! I booked 3 nights. 2 adults and a baby. I had to book across the street at New Dubrovnik for the first night when no one was there to meet me at Angel Main Square. When I arrived at Zagreb, within correct check-in hours, and advised the hotel through Expedia's direct chat that I had arrived, per their instructions, there was never an acknowledgment or answer. Why are you sending me check-in instructions through Expedia's chat function if you are not even reading answers?? This was not a great way to start my stay in Zagreb. It's the only means to communicate with you when you only have WiFi. I was also able to tether on a cell phone and called your numbers, but there was no response. Luckily, I found the manager through WhatsApp once I got on WiFi again the next day, and we were allowed to use the hotel on Days 2-3. I have no complaints about the accommodations themselves.

Great location in Old Town. Clean and spacious apartments. The family was very comfortable during our stay.

Fantastic location and spacious room. Clear communication via WhatsApp with instructions. Ideal for local places to visit and tram stops. Would stay here again!

The location was amazing to all the main sights, the room was nicely presented and check in was easy. Comfort would have been improved if it was a double bed and complimentary coffee/tea would be nice touch to add!
