旧市街からは離れているので、レンタカー使用の方が対象になると思います。周囲は住宅やビラが並んでおり、静かに過ごすには良い環境です。屋外温水プールや簡単なレストランが敷地内にあります。スタッフの方々も概して感じの良かったです。

The hotel is lovely the rooms bed and pillows are really nice , there is no water in the room for guests,and there are no blackout curtains and there is nothing close by , the hotel is very nice breakfast was ok , lacking Gronala but lots of other options to choose from ,

The hotel is modern and extremely well maintained. Staff are friendly and helpful. The bed was very comfortable and the bedding of good quality. There is a beach a very short walk away which was lovely and very quiet. Perfect for sunset strolls. The general area seems to be one that is currently being developed so it will probably become more lively in a few years, however this suited my husband and i as we would rather stay in a quiet area. We had hired a car so getting about to see Zadar town was easy and only a short drive away. We decided to eat at the hotel on our first night and the food wasn't brilliant but rather plain. My dish was supposed to come with vegetables and all that there was were some onions with a bit of courgette. Breakfast was also supplied and there was always a huge amount to choose from, cereals, pastries, cold meats and cheese, pancakes, yogurt and fruit as well as hot food. This could be a little hit and miss. Fried eggs were fine but you'll not be getting an English breakfast if that's what you are hoping for. The whole hotel is spotlessly clean and having a pool was a bonus even if it was a little chilly . We would definitely stay again.

It was perfectly located with easy access to beaches, restaurants. The facility has free on site parking, indoor and outdoor pools. This is perfect for those who want something away from the city

Nous avons choisi hôtel pour la piscine. On nous avais dit que la piscine était chauffée mais l’eau était froide. La piscine était malpropre aussi eau brouillée et cernes sur la céramique autour. Le buffet déjeuner est par contre excellent

Hyggelig og serviceinnstilte betjening, god mat, rengjøring på topp, fantastisk gode senger, og ikke minst: hærlige eiere.

Très bon accueil d’un réceptionniste français. Nous étions situés dans un bâtiment neuf d’il y a deux ans où la chambre était parfaite. Vu piscine et pas de bâtiment situé à deux pas de la mer. Je recommande cette hôtel pour une escapade à Zadar À condition d’être véhiculé car excentré mais au calme.

Pour les points positifs... Hôtel très propre et très moderne avec de belles chambres et disposant d’une piscine . Petit déjeuner inclus très complet (par contre jus d’orange infecte) Le rapport qualité prix a 48€ la nuit paraît donc excellent mais c’est après que les choses se gâtent.... Cote points négatifs, les frais facturés à l’arrivée comme 5€ de parking par jour où encore 3,50€ par jours de frais de nettoyage (alors que la chambre n’a pas été faite du tout entre notre arrivée et notre départ) viennent alourdir les 48€/ nuit annonces.... Quant au restaurant où ils proposent le dîner c’est une honte de facturer un repas 20€/ personne pour une bière et un morceau de porc grillé avec une cuillère de pommes de terre et une tomate coupée en morceaux !!! Vraiment l’impression de s’être faits avoir !!!! En conclusion les gérants qui se disent être une famille devraient plutôt ajuster leurs tarifs de chambres plutôt que de rattraper de cette manière sur les frais annexes qui donnent l’impression au client de s’être fait avoir.... et je ne parle pas de l’amabilité de l’un des deux frères gérants qui marmonne entre ses dents en Croate lorsqu’on lui refuse l’achat d’un fromage de chèvre local vendu 10€ !!!!!

Sehr sauber und neu alles. Schön eingerichtet. Frühstück war in Ordnung. Pool zur Verfügung sowei auch Parkplatz für 5€ pro Tag. Meer direkt in der Nähe.

L'appart est fonctionnel et propre. La piscine est agréable et offre des bains de soleil très confortables. L'établissement est à 2 pas de la mer. Par contre, le petit dejeuner est moyen. Copieux pour ceux qui aiment la charcuterie et les saucisses dès le matin. Pour ceux qui sont plus "sucré ", pas de viennoiseries, juste du pain et de la confiture ... c'est dommage.

Séjour très sympathique. Accueil chaleureux. Je le recommande.

Très bel ensemble .mais au troisième étage sans ascenseur et sous les toits.le parking n etait pas mentinner payant .une piscine ce n était pas cela qui m intéressé. Dommange.

NEVER GO TO VILLA PLAT!!! First trip to Croatia and very very dissapointed by the way some (especially in Villa Plat) are treating their customers. You need to be alert on every single detail because their only goal is to rob you. Airport transfer, cleaning fees they ask while they are not cleaning the room. I'm really pissed.

Excellent stay for off-season time. It is a good price to quality ratio, even if room equipment is not top. I would recommend place for relaxation in couple, since Zadar is near and a city really is worth to be seen.

I didnt like just one hanger for the towel in the bathroom I the room occupied by three people and broom next to the towel. I didn’t like hidden fees for parking 5 euro a day and paying for cleaning a day 3,50 euro when nobody even check the room and empty the trash !!! Nobody ever clean too. The garbage can was so little in the kitchen needs bigger one .Bathroom needs extra hooks for towels. Food ok but always the same , parking space not so big so cars were blocking each other
