J’avais réservé une chambre double avec patio et vue jardin (réservation annulable). Suite à l’annulation de mon vol, j’ai contacté l’agence et les propriétaires, sans réponse de leur part malgré mes relances. À mon arrivée à 16h, l’établissement était fermé et il a fallu passer par une agence croate pour obtenir les clés. La chambre ne correspondait pas à la description : pas de patio privé mais un espace commun à l’étage, simple fenêtre donnant un peu sur le jardin. Confort très décevant : • Insonorisation quasi inexistante (voisins, plomberie, bruits de pas et vaisselle tôt le matin). • Matelas inconfortable, linge de lit sommaire (drap en guise de couverture). • Frigo hors service. • Salle de bain basique (juste serviette et savon liquide). • Miroir trop haut. • Une seule poubelle, qui est dans la salle de bain. • Plus d’eau chaude le dernier jour. Points positifs : propriétaire sympathique et de bons conseils, emplacement pratique (5 min de la plage, bus pour Dubrovnik, centre commercial). En résumé : logement en dessous de la description et du prix, avec de gros problèmes d’insonorisation et de confort.

It was very clean and the owners were very nice. I recommend 100%. Husband and I had a great stay.

The room itself was fine; location is convenient to Dubrovnik. Although there is ample parking, it is tricky. because there is a pub/restaurant right by the parking lot and several times there were cars blocking the entrance. We had to go into the pub and ask for cars to be moved so that we could park. We were told we would be on the 2nd floor, but our room was on the 3rd; no elevator! There is a boiler for hot water, so we had to wait between showers for water to get hot and the water pressure was low. For our 10-day stay only a used bottle of hand soap was provided: no shampoo, body wash or toilet paper (only a half roll of toilet paper provided). We were forced to buy shampoo, body wash, and toilet paper for our stay. There was no blanket provided; the bed only had a thin sheet. The towels that were provided were awful! It was plain to see that they had been washed with something red because they were not white, rather "pink". They were like sandpaper, so stiff and not absorbent at all! We were told that the rooms are cleaned every 7 days, but our room was never cleaned. The trash cans were overflowing by the end of our stay, and we were forced to use those awful towels and cheap thin bedding for the entirety of our stay. We would not recommend this place as it stands. If the host were to keep their word about cleaning the room and perhaps provide decent bedding and towels as well as basic toiletries, we might change our mind. Disappointing!

Two weeks in September. Nice stay. Friendly host. Short walk to the beach. Very pleasant seafront with bars and restaurants. Water taxi to Dubrovnik Old Town took 25 minutes.

Ihana emäntä, hyvä pysäköintipaikka ja todella kiva alue. Huoneen ilmastointi ei oikein tuntunut toimivan, vaikka olikin päällä... Lattioita ei oltu hetkeen pesty, mutta muuten oli siistiä. Ranta todella lähellä 🙌

Fräscht privat boende med nära till frukosthotell o fin beach där det även går båt till Dubrovnik. Dock är utsikten bättre om man tar bussen från Srebreno.

Great hosts; great location.

The property was a good base for my parents. But there are quite a few steps they were on the 3rd floor. The kettle never fully boiled. No hairdryer and the mirror in the bathroom was only for 5ft 6 and over. I don’t think I’d stay here again. Just too basic it was cheap but we had family staying in another room not far it was cheap too but much better facilities.

Small and nice apartment. Recently renovated rooms, room and bathroom big enough for 1-2 person's. Balcony also nice. Friendly hosts and a neighbor laundry owner provide transportation to the airport or old town with reasonable price. Good location close to beach and by bus only 10-15 minutes to old town, price 2,90€.

Amazing apartment in a safe and quiet local area. We stayed here to visit Debrovnik. Just 10 minutes drive away. A 5 minute walk to shopping center, grocery and beach. The host is amazing. She is very nice and accomadating. We are coming back next year and booked with her for our next visit.

La stanza era sporca abbiamo dovuto pulire tutto, abbiamo trovato le formiche sul letto e nella camera, erano inoltre prese ti ragnatele ai muri. Il mobilio scadente, abbiamo chiesto un bollitore al proprietario che c'è l'ha fornito sporco. Una vera e propria TOPAIA!!

Ottima posizione a metà tra Ragusa (Città vecchia) e Cavtat, entrambe raggiungibili comodamente in autobus. Altri servizi distano pochi minuti a piedi, es. il supermercato, l'edicola, la farmacia, la spiaggia, ecc. La camera era pulita e fornita del necessario, forse un po' troppo piccola. I gestori del b&b sono stati gentilissimi e molto disponibili. E' stata la mia prima vacanza in Croazia, ed è certo che, se dovessi tornare, vi soggiornerei nuovamente.

Die Alte Dame ist super nett kann ich nur weiter empfehlen.

Hyvä majoitus, keittiöllä varustettu huoneisto, kaikki lähellä, ranta, kauppa, ravintoloita, bussipysäkki duvronikkiin sekä cavtat kaupunkeihin, nro 10 bussilla 20min suuntaan

Very easy and convenient location. Short drive from Dubrovnik airport, 4 minute walk to shopping centre, and a short walk to the beach. Very family friendly area. Would highly recommend.

Very welcoming stay!

Stedet var gjennomsnittlig bra, god service og hyggelig vertskap! Sengene var litt harde, men veldig overkommelig. En liten hake er at det ble røyket inne i nedre etasje, så var litt intenst å gå inn og ut, men utenom det veldig fornøyd med oppholdet vårt.

The location was definitely good. Close to the beach and a nice shopping center. Great water pressure. Doesnt have much in the kitchen, just the basics. Towels and bedding were very rough, the towels felt like sand paper. AC was good but only in the bedroom. We didn’t have any problems. But didnt get much help as far as suggestions on where to eat or best places to visit.
