旧市街の中心地に近く、観光に便利な立地。スタッフの女性もとても親切で快適に過ごせました。チェックインが夜の9時近くと遅くなってしまいましたが、快く対応してくれた上、無料で着いてきた朝食のパンが美味しくて何個も食べてしまいました。また利用したい宿の一つ。

夜9時以降の到着だったので、事前に到着予定時刻を伝えていたのでスムーズにチェックインできました。 ホテルの方によると、今年5月にスタートしたばかりのホテルですべての設備が新しいようでした。ベッドも広く快適で、バスルームも清潔でとても気持ちよく過ごせました。スプリットのバスターミナルからは歩いて10-15分くらいで、歩いてすぐ大通りに出られるのと、近くにスーパー、レストランといろいろあるのでとても便利です。

Great location and cozy, clean apartment about a 10 mins walk from main area of split. Easy walking distance but far enough away to be in a more residential area and be able to enjoy quiet evenings. Full kitchen and a market nearby for those who might want to cook. The one annoyance was there was no shelf or area in the shower to put your toiletries - otherwise everything was great. Staff were attentive and helpful.

Excellent accommodation in the heart of Split, less than 10 minutes walk to Split Riva. Great communication with staff, easy detailed instructions for self check in. Apartment was very clean and comfortable, especially with a baby. Would stay again.

An exceptional experience at Apartments Korta We had a wonderful stay at Apartments Korta. The location is excellent, and Hana was a phenomenal host who went out of her way to be accommodating. The apartment was pristine, and the bathroom was flawless. We will absolutely stay here again during our next visit to Split.

Very Clean with excellent air conditioning. Parking was a tad challenging

Checkin war problemlos, und dank der Anleitung konnte man auch das Gebäude gut finden. Tipps (aufgrund angespannter Parkplatz Situation) kamen sofort. Alles sehr entspannt.

This place was in a great location, impeccably clean, and had very thoughtful amenities. Location - it's about a 5 minute walk to the Riva and close to a public parking lot, ideal if you have a car but want to spend most of the time in the old city. It's on a quieter street but a short walk to restaurants, shops, and tourist spots. Facilities - There is a quiet private courtyard with tables and chairs. The stairwells are clean and smell great. No elevators. Check in/out - I used WhatsApp or phone to contact the owner. Because I booked via Hotels.com and Expedia's system was down, they weren't able to send me check in instructions ahead of time, but it all worked out fine. The instructions are very clear and easy to follow. No check out instructions were provided, but I had bumped into the housekeeping lady and she took care of it. Room - I had a room on the third floor looking out to another building and a sports field, plenty of windows but felt very private. The room was impeccably clean and spacious, and had an iron, ironing board, and clothes rack. Good access to electrical outlets. The kitchenette was thoughtfully stocked with one pot and one frying pan, plates, bowls, silverware, a dish rack, and kitchen towel. Appliances include a 2- burner induction stovetop, medium fridge, microwave, coffee maker, electric kettle, and dishwasher (with pods provided). The only thing I would have liked was a luggage rack.

The apt was clean and nice. We were told that the staff would be there to help check in only in the morning although the check on time is 2pm. So we had to make a trip there on the morning for it. The parking lot that was recommended was tiny and full and we had to find another one.

The apartments are increíble: brand new, clean and around 8'-10' walk to Dioclecian Palace. Our big BUT is they have no parking Although is described they do have in their instalations at 12€/day and for free at 100m in the street they send you before check info sugestion to leave the car in parking public lot Kragićeva Poljana, which is indeed very close to the apartments but it's really busy and there are almost no spots free. We visited Split in April but if you come in high season (June - August) driving a car better find another parking spot.
