Staff is awesome! By far the best place i have ever stayed! Friendly, quiet, and great view!

Can’t say enough about this place. The people are so kind. It was like staying with family. Location is great out of the hustle of town but easily accessible. The promenade on the beach side goes for miles and has great restaurants along the way. Grocery shopping is close by. The beach is on the small side which I liked. Beach chairs and umbrellas were available for use. The water like everywhere is pristine. Our unit was very spacious. Highly recommend.

Lovely staff, very friendly and accommodating, upgraded our room to a sea view, made us coffee on our last morning when checking out. Great location, lovely private beach and 20 minutes into old town which is stunning!

The host and hostess were absolutely lovely. They were so helpful. They even did a load of laundry for us in the morning when they were washing the linens. Breakfast was delicious. Delicious. Access to the beach was fantastic with lots of restaurant choices within walking distance. The beachfront property was just perfect for our stay and there was a market just across the street for supplies.

The owners were wonderfully welcoming and rooms were well appointed. Breakfasts were lovely, offering eggs, fruit, bread and cheese. The beachfront location was perfect!

Very nice all together. Hotel was small, but so nice. Eight meters from our terrasse to the Adrian sea - nice. Location was perfect for us, as we did not look for downtown hassle, but wanted to relax. Everything we needed, sea, dining restaurants, beach bars, grocery, ATM were all in short walking distance. Of course we went downtown Split too. We used a taxi ordered by hotel personnel. I think price was 30 € one way. You can also use über or bus. And finally, I must tell you about the hotel personnel. They were one of the most helpful and friendly hotel workers I have ever seen. Anything you need, they will fix it or advice how to get it work. Breakfast was flexible, meaning not a buffet, but lady will make what you like. Finally, I must tell you that I stay 150 nights in hotels every year, but I never write these reviews. This time, I just had to. Thank you Danijela and others to make our stay perfect❤️

Stayed in 2 bedroom apartment for 4 nights Firstly the welcome on arrival was outstanding, not sure we’ve ever been hosted by more friendly people, made a massive impression Accommodation spotlessly clean, very well equipped (we cooked every night in fully functional kitchen) Air conditioning in bedrooms was very welcome The proximity to the beach was exceptional, literally a few meters from our apartment. What was also great was the Zanic included sun beds and umbrellas unlike others nearby. They also allowed access to inflatables and paddle boards which was fantastic A stunning location, great people, great facilities and a lovely relaxing chilled time

Beautiful property and amazing hospitality by the staff. Rooms were clean and sea view room had a superb view. Breakfast was delicious even for us vegetarians. The standout was the warmness and the genuine care showed by the staff.

Couldn’t be nicer people to accommodate your stay! The ladies are amazing, friendly, and altered my open travel itinerary along the coast, giving their local experience and knowledge! The towns recommended to visit and stay were stunning! And were nowhere near my planned agenda The room, view, beach, breakfast and just all around welcomed feel was something not experienced often…and I’m on a plane and hotels at least every other week Highly recommended and hope to be back soon!
