ホストのアリアナさんが親切で、本当に良かったです。たくさんの情報を教えてくれました。 部屋も綺麗でとても良かったです。水、ジュース、ビールがサービスで頂きました。 窓から見るアドリア海がとても良く、旅の思い出になりました。 ビーチも徒歩5分以内にあり、日中は人がいましたが、朝方は誰もおらず、一人でも気持ちよく泳ぐことができました。

オーナーのRaulさん、Alianaさん共に親切で、私の拙い英語力にも根気強く対応して下さり感謝です。お部屋からはきれいなアドリア海が見え、お部屋もシンプルでセンス良く、とても満足な滞在でした。Alianaからはコンビニやレストラン、バスや旧市街への説明があり役立ちました。Raulとは旅行前から送迎の手配や質問などメールでやり取りがあり、お二人ともとても温かなお人柄で頼りになりました。近くの小さなコンビニでは野菜やフルーツ、飲み物を購入、ドイツのミルカのチョコはお土産に買いました。少し先に行くとベーカリーやバス停、レストランもありお散歩にちょうど良いです。冷蔵庫にビールやお水、ジュースが準備してあり、清掃も整えられていて快適でした。お部屋からの素敵な眺めが今も忘れられません。また必ず行きます！

Property was great! Clean, the hostess was super helpful, kind, and responsive. Only complaint was the neighborhood dog that barked incessantly. Would still stay again!

Host Ariana was amazing ...she is so warm and has lots of good information...felt like I was with a good friend whenever I saw her. View is spectacular and apartment is clean and cozy Highly recommend this place and would stay here again. Thank you Ariana for making the stay so special and memorable.

10/10 this place was amazing! Walk into old town was about 20min but it’s an easy and beautiful walk! I was extremely happy with my stay!

An amazing stay at if you’re looking to be in walking distance of everything Dubrovnik has to offer. 20 min walk to old town, 25 min walk to Lapad, small grocery at the top of the street. The VIEW is incredible from sunrise to sunset. Peaceful location away from busy streets and the hustle and bustle of the tourist hotspots. Tucked away just enough. I would highly recommended and will come back if we are ever in Dubrovnik again.

Absolutely stunning views, and very peaceful, a great place to relax. The apartment was so clean and well looked after, spacious and had everything needed for our stay. The lovely Ariana welcomed us on arrival and gave us endless helpful information about the area. There is a small supermarket just a few minutes walk away and lovely restaurants nearby - less expensive than in the old city. The walk to the old city is about 25-30 mins and is up and down hill so be prepared if it’s hot but there are plenty of taxis - although we didn’t use any. Belle vue beach is a couple of minutes walk - just past the hotel next door and down some steps , quite steep so again be prepared if it’s hot. These apartments are a hidden gem . Would absolutely stay here again and would definitely recommend for a stay in Dubrovnik .

An amazing balcony and view, a little walk away from the hustle and bustle of the old town, but a short walk from Bellevue beach, a great place to spend some time, swimming, jumping and watching the water polo. Amazing host, who gave some amazing and accurate recommendations, an the whole place couldn't be faulted. Some great street food shacks up on the main road.

Åkte ensam med tonårsdotter. Väldigt bra läge om man vill utforska staden. Nära en klapperstensstrand. Vi kände oss väl omhändertagna och personligt bemötta. Vi fick hjälp med bokning av transfer och information om staden. Fantastisk havsutsikt! Vi åt flera av våra måltider i lägenheten och det gick hur bra som helst. Skulle absolut boka igen. Rekommenderas varmt.

The apartment was well equipped with everything necessary for a few days. Takes around 6 min drive (35min walking) to the old town and about 8 min drive to lapad. The views are spectacular. Communication was great throughout the proces. I’ve used the airport transfer which cost 35 euros each way, but there is a bus to port which only cost 9 euros.

The little cation was perfect. Nice view of the sea. Marianna was very helpful explaining the bus routes and places to visit. Thank you Marianna.

10/10. Fabulous appartment, great location, the view from the balcony is stunning! Ariana was wonderful, friendly and incredibly helpful at check in and throughout our stay. Would advise taking the taxi they kindly offer to arrange to/from airport, cheaper and more convenient. Definitely recommend and would absolutely stay there again.

Arianna is awesome. She did everything possible to make our stay more than enjoyable.
