We had an amazing long weekend stay at this lovely penthouse apartment. The flat is very spacious and has stunning views of the Pakleni islands - perfect for some sunset drinks on the balcony. The interior is well designed, with modern appliances, a well-stocked kitchen and a comfortable king bed. The added bonus is the second full bathroom - which felt like a luxury in itself! The hosts were extremely welcoming, picking us up from ferry and dropping us back off after checkout. Best of all, Mirko also runs the local President Beach - just 3mins away on food - and guests at his apartment get free sun beds instead of the usual 15/20EUR per day. Location-wise, it is an easy 15min walk to the town center, but with beach clubs and grocery options nearby. Honestly, the perfect location given how busy and noisy the town center can get at night. Would definitely book again - even for a week of remote work during shoulder seasons...truly felt like a home away from home.

1階のお部屋に泊まりました。チャットの返信はとても早いし、オーナーのミルコさんかなりフレンドリーで親切な方でした。施設は新しい感じがしており、清潔です。ランドリーはいつでも出していいとのことでお言葉に甘えてお願いしたところ、乾燥までしっかりやっていただいておりました。景色もとてもよく、周りも静かなので過ごしやすかったです。また行きたい！

Great apartment 15-20 min walk from Hvar town center. Beautiful view from balcony, kitchen well equipped. We would recommend. If you arrive early in Hvar be mindful you’ll need to pay for luggage storage until the place is ready.

Helt underbart. En magisk plats med den bästa utsikten du kan tänka dig. Så rent det kan bli, superbra värd, gångavstånd till Hvar ”centrum” (cirka 15 minuter). 3 minuter till närmaste badplats. Fullt utrustad lägenhet med värd som berättar allt du behöver veta om var saker och platser finns. Vi kommer tillbaka.

Amazing stay at Blue Bay Residence. Lovely modern apartment with the most incredible balcony view. Great hosts - Mirko was kind enough to pick us up and drop us off at the port where we took the boat from & back to Dubrovnik.

Well... what can I say! An unbelievable stay - this property is based in a prime location, just be the seafront and at the right angle to catch the sunset too. My girlfriend and I had the most incredible stay here - big open space, clean, everything you could want and need (including too separate bathrooms, which even had Molton Brown!). The hosts were available and always on hand, helping with everything and communicating through Whatsapp. For the cost, this is incredible value for money. Just a short (and beautiful) 15 minute walk from the port of Hvar, you have everything in the apartment including 2 TVs, balcony, all kitchen amenities and even beach towels. 10/10 - would highly recommend!

Beautifully designed and managed, it's wonderful residence perfectly equipped with nice furniture and kitchen utilities. stunning seaview from the terrace and only 2-minute walking distance to the beach and the mart nearby. Zrinka, owner of the residence, is extremely helpful and kind. Definitely would stay again.

The apartment was fantastic! It’s in a peaceful location with close access to a beach and a 15 minute walk into Hvar centre along a flat path. It has great views, a balcony and is very modern and clean. The owner was lovely and picked us up and dropped us off from the ferry.
