Perfect place to stay in Zadar. Right in the centre of town but not noisy. Beautiful room, very well appointed. Lots of little touches to enhance your stay. Communication was excellence re getting to the property etc

This apartment was in the perfect location, right in the centre of the old town of Zadar. We couldn’t have been more in the middle to visit restaurants, wine bars, cafes, a bakery, and either side of the water. Everything is within a few minutes walk.
There is no parking in the town, but the owners told us about a great car park just outside the city walls that was less than €10 for three days.
The apartment feels safe and quiet despite it being so close to the ‘action’. It was immaculate inside and done to a high standard. The space was ideal for a few days away, with a nice kitchen / breakfast bar / sofa area, decent sized bedroom and a lovely bathroom with great shower.
We left an item in our room, but were contacted by the hosts to tell us before we realised. They were so helpful and caring, which enabled us to see that the hosts really care about their visitors.
I would absolutely stay here again when visiting Zadar area and recommend any other friends and family to as well.

This is an excellent apartment that has everything you need. Mini kitchen, great air-con, excellent bathroom and comfy bed. Wonderful view out of the property to the shopping streets below. Near everything in the old town. 100% recommend.

Location: in the heart of old town. Literally, in the old town centre surrounded by shops, restaurants, waterfront and more. The apartment is around 20 minutes walk from the central bus station or around 4 euros by taxi (3-5 minutes trip).
Apartment: Enter the building after receiving the entrance code. Go up on flight of stairs (no lift) to the room. Collect key after receiving the code.
Room: Switch on the electrics and enter an amazing well thought out room. Very contemporary and very good air conditioning. Shower is very good with toiletries included. There is a nice touch of sweet, complimentary water in the fridge and juice. Fast WiFi and a flat screen TV with plenty of channels.
Bonus points: quick reply from the owner if I could check in early. Sat downstairs in the coffee shop and a quick 30 minutes reply the room was ready. Constant communication about how to access room and even on the day of leaving. This gives it a five stars.
Bed: very comfortable.

The accommodation service was perfect in every aspect. The location is at the heart of the old town which provides easy access to every venue, including not only major tourist attractions such as churches, cathedrals, monuments, museums, sea organ, gates, gardens but also supermarkets, restaurants, coin laundromats. The landlord was quick in responding to resquests and demands and even provided riding services free of charge when we checked out. The amenities were more than enough and the equipments were just perfect. This definitely was one of the most ideal accommodations that I ever experienced, particularly in light of its reasonable fees. If I have a chance to visit the old town Zadar, I definitely will not hesitate to book this same place again.

This property outshone many other properties with its sleek decor and added conforts such as a mini frisge with water and orange juice..sweets besides your bed side table. Extremely clean with very comfortable beds and pillows.

Beautifully appointed and decorated apartment. Comfortable bed. Bathroom has lovely heated floor and a shower with good heat and water pressure. Fridge, coffee machine and a kettle. Communication was great and clear instructions made it very easy to find the apartment and to get in.

This property is absolutely beautiful! The pictures looked good but in reality it is even better!! The hosts have gone so much further than what you would expect. The property is appointed so well and you can tell they have a deep desire to please their guests. The kitchen is fully equipped to use, linens were plentiful, bedding was very comfortable and it is just as pleasant as can be. The location is fantastic for walking just about everywhere; plenty of shops, restaurants and fun places to explore. It is a very short walk to the water front and the organ; which is a great experience. We travel a lot and use VRBO frequently. This is probably the best place we have ever stayed. Thank you hosts for being to caring and considerate of your guests.

Great place. Parking is somewhat confusing. We nor anyone we asked could tell us how the parking meters work esp if you needed overnight parking or anything longer than an hour. Luckily Sat pm and Sunday were free
