D-Resort Šibenik

Absolutely awesome! Beautiful hotel in front of the Adriatic sea. Warm welcome. Beautifuly decorated. Very large room. Has a spa, two outdoors pool and one indoor (but it's not really a pool, more like a huge jacuzzi). Gym, hammam, sauna. Very well located 10 mins from city center and 60 km from Split or Zadar without the turmoil of these cities. Free parking and good breakfast. Only negative thing was that the curtain in the bedroom does not make the room pitch black so if you need total darkness to sleep you won't have it. The balcony with lounge chairs and ashtray is a plus. Overall it was awesome Thanks to the staff for their professionalism and their smile. (If you guys could charge a bit less for the dog it would be absolutely perfect!!)

staff are very friendly, as well as restaurant staff as they were always busy. this is my second visit and I was never disappointed, what a wonderful resort hotel! look forward for the third visit soon

Everything was like you would expect. Nice welcome at the reception. Nice waiters at the breakfast and at the dinner and at the pool. Clean building and rooms.

We stayed at this hotel for the second time and were very satisfied again. The staff is extremely friendly and the hotel is very clean. Overall, we are very happy with our stay. The only small point for improvement would be the food selection – it could be a bit larger for vegetarians.

We stayed one night at D-Resort Šibenik (July 29–30), traveling with our 5-year-old daughter. Before booking, we called the hotel to ask if we needed to reserve for 3 people, since our daughter would sleep in our bed. We were clearly told that booking for 2 was enough. Based on that, we booked a room for two and added a note mentioning our child. The hotel itself is stunning, very clean, and the staff welcomed us warmly. However, during check-in, we were informed that an extra €50 would be charged for the third person. We explained the phone conversation, and the receptionist seemed to acknowledge our position. At check-out, another staff member insisted on charging us the €50, claiming their colleague had only said that our daughter was allowed to sleep in the same room. We had communicated entirely in Croatian during the call, check-in, and check-out, so there was no language barrier or misunderstanding. Also, the room was for two people, with one queen bed, and no additional service was provided for the €50. This left a bitter aftertaste. While the hotel is excellent overall, we were disappointed by the lack of accountability and flexibility when handling a mistake caused by the hotel itself.

D Resort is clean modern and a great place to stay out of the main centre in the yacht club, but easily accessible into Sibenik town, staff very friendly and helpful, I would definitely stay again and recommend

Nous avons eu la chance de séjourner dans cet hôtel et c'était tout simplement incroyable ! L'hôtel est superbe, à la fois moderne et élégant. La vue depuis l'espace restaurant et les chambres est absolument exceptionnelle. La chambre était spacieuse et très bien moderne, avec une grande terrasse où l'on peut s'installer pour profiter du cadre en toute tranquillité. L'espace spa est un véritable plus : grand, moderne et très bien aménagé. C’est l’endroit idéal pour se relaxer après une journée de découverte ou de farniente. Le calme de l’hôtel, en dehors des périodes touristiques, ajoute encore à cette sensation de bien-être. Le personnel est particulièrement sympathique et accueillant, toujours prêt à rendre service avec le sourire. Nous recommandons vivement cet hôtel à ceux qui recherchent la détente, le confort et un service de qualité !

Everything was amazing from the start to the end! Staff was excellent! Always helpful kind and professional!! The food and the location were fantastic!! The facilities , the room , service pool area , scenery everything was better than I expected!I would happily stay again ! Highly recommended!

The hotel is in a quiet marina position overlooking the town. The bedrooms are a good size and have a kettle but not a nespresso machine. Each has a substantial private balcony There are two spotless infinity pool areas plus a spa with a sauna and plunge pool (included) Towels are provided but service may not be available in poor weather Breakfast was adequate but unimaginative. The evening meal was pricey and pretty average. Vegetarians will struggle! There is an(expensive) hotel taxi boat across to the city. The quality of staff was variable with reception being excellent but some of the restaurant staff needing extra training (too familiar with customers) whilst others were superb. This hotel could be top class but somehow misses. Little touches such as an in room coffee maker would help as would a more interesting restaurant menu- several customers had decamped to a cafe/restaurant nearby.

We walked in from an adventure holiday to serene and complete relaxation bliss-it was just what we needed! The foyer oozes sophistication and the welcome talk and home made lemonade welcome drink was delightful. The room had been upgraded which was a lovely treat and everything was top class luxury. Two stunning pools and no lounger grabbing to contend with, lovely food (although lunch is a bit too pricey) and stunning evening meals. It was one of our best holidays and we very much hope to be back. The smell of the foyer is so intoxicating I had to buy the diffuser to remind myself how delightful our stay was. Thank you to all the friendly staff who can’t do enough to be so helpful! Amazing hotel.
