立地がよかったので観光の拠点として最適でした。チェックインとチェックアウトは非対面式でした。また利用したいです。

旧市街のほぼ中心に位置していて、観光にとても便利でした。普通のアパートなので、レセプション等はないし、スタッフの方とも滞在中に会うことはありませんでした。到着が遅かったので、送迎サービス（片道€40）を頼みましたが、到着ゲートを出てすぐに迎えの方が名前のプレートを持って立っていて、アパートまで送ってくださり、とても丁寧でスムーズでした。夜遅くの到着で交通機関の利用に不安があったので、頼んでよかったと思いました。部屋はそこそこの広さがあり、綺麗で清潔でした。また訪問する際には是非利用したいです！

Central location and a lot of food options nearby. Property itself was very clean and modern. Host was responsive to my questions. Everything in the old town is within walking distance of the property which makes it easier to pop in and out while you are doing your tour.

We had a lovely stay at Guesthouse Imperator! It started with a very warm welcome to Croatia by Krešimir who picked us up at Split Airport (pre-booked with Marina) and then once parked up in Spilt, lead us on foot to the guesthouse (helping us with our luggage too). We had the first floor room which had a lovely aspect with two windows either side of the room. It was very clean, very cosy and felt really secure. I’m so glad we had this room and didn’t have to contend with more than just the one flight of external stairs. We couldn’t get the TV to work, but Krešimir had offered for us to call him, should we need any help with anything. However, not having the TV on was no big deal as we were out most of the day. We stayed four nights and we were brought a change of towels during this time, which was greatly appreciated. The shower was lovely and hot with a good pressure. The location is right in the heart of the old town with so many restaurants, eateries, and bars close by… with literally two just outside our room. We had no issue with noise from them. The only issue we had with noise was just one night when an incredibly inconsiderate neighbouring guest came in at around 2am shouting and making noises (must have been drunk) as they passed our room and went upstairs to theirs… then proceeded to make more noise for several minutes. This is no fault of the guesthouse but I’ve just mentioned this to make future guests think about the possibility of disturbing and waking others

Overall a pleasant stay. Communication swift, friendly and accommodating. Room was clean, kitchenette well equipped. Tea/coffee supply was sparse but would probably have been replenished had we asked. The old town location is convenient but also prone to wafts of food odours from the restaurants in the yards to the left and right, busy preparations/service traffic in the morning, lively restaurants in the evening. For anyone considering a stay, ask whether the odour trap in the bathroom has been installed. During our stay the bathroom had a bit of a sewage stench that even the open window could not remedy. Again had we asked it may have been fixed during our stay. We didn’t but mentioned it to the host on departure. So hoping for a well smelling bathroom for future guests.

Everything was great! Super comfortable and convenient location. I would stay there again.

Room was lovely. Comfy bed. Clean. Great location. Mostly quiet, we had a wedding below us in the restaurant one night and that was a bit loud but for the most part the apartment was pretty quiet. I’d stay here again.

Great location. Quiet despite being in the centre of the old town. Close to good restaurants and nightlife. Short walk to taxis, ferries and waterfront.

Muito bem localizado, quarto confortável, banheiro limpo e com um boa ducha. Sugestão: uma placa externa ajudaria na localização. Foi bem fácil, mas reforçaria ainda mais a experiência excelente aos próximos visitantes.

Clean room which was beautiful - within the old city - very close to Diocletian's Palace (maybe 3 minute walk?) and the waterfront. About a 15 minute walk from the main bus stop. The hosts were lovely! Easy check-in.

Great location, right in the middle of everything! Took me a little looking to find, but the directions provided by the host were great. They were very communicative throughout the entire process. Would stay again!

My sister and I really enjoyed our stay! The room was super cozy and the bathroom is spacious. We loved being in the middle of the Old City in Split—you are walking distance from all the shops, restaurants, and monuments, and a bus ride away from some beautiful local beaches! Our host, Thomas, was very kind, helpful and quickly responsive throughout our entire time there. We highly recommend this place!!

When I arrived, I received everything via text with these instructions so if nothing to do, they provided me the code. I walked into the room, drop my bags and went to town. It’s a little hard to locate between all the buildings. If you’re Google maps says you’re within 30 feet and you can’t find it look up. There are some stepsand that’s where you will find the door.

Good service

Central room in old town, clean, good air conditioning, and smooth self check-in / out. Sound does travel from rooms above / below, so ear plugs may be helpful for light sleepers.
