Very comfortable

全体的に満足度の高いホテルでした。

The shower temperature constantly changed while taking a shower. It was so bad, my wife and I had to be careful that we wouldn't be scalded abruptly during a temperature change. There was no streaming service available in the rooms. The TV only had 30 channels and most were not in English. I understand that they are going to be in the native language, but this was 2025, streaming services are paramount when traveling. For this expensive hotel to not have in-room streaming capabilities is absurd. Personal opinion, but bed was incredibly uncomfortable. Neither my wife nor I were able to sleep soundly throughout the night. The airlines lost my wife's luggage and no one from the hotel offered to assist in finding it. I understand this was the airlines fault, but no one offered to help translate when we had to coordinate the return of the luggage. Small issue, but the bathroom did not have an exhaust fan. This caused the scalding hot shower to continually fog up the mirror and build up steam that then released into the sleeping space.

It was so beautiful. I wish I could stay there longer. The room was luxurious. The hotel location was stunning. I hope to come back

The view was amazing. The staff was great. The cleanliness was excellent. The buffet and food left a lot to be desired and it is difficult to get up and down from the beaches.

Great hotel and location! Food…..ok. Rooms fresh and modern. Strong smell of smoke in most public areas.

We had a wonderful short break in Cavtat staying at Hotel Croatia. The staff at reception were excellent as were the cleaners. Lovely, clean room with fantastic view of the Adriatic. The room was cleaned every day. A good variety of food served at breakfast. Cavtat is beautiful.

The Staff was fantastic from the front desk to the Piano Bar everyone was very helpful and professional

Fint och rent rum. Fantastisk utsikt från balkongen. Vi hade halvpension och det var helt ok men inget som stack ut. Middagsbuffen var rätt lik alla all inclusivehotell vi tidigare bott på (möjligen något sämre utbud) och där hade vi kanske förväntat oss lite mer av ett 5-stjärnigt hotell. Men med tanke på det högst överkomliga priset vi betalade under lågsäsong så var vi nöjda ändå.

The setting is just gorgeous, the staff friendly and professional. Food was so-so at best at the buffet. I'd stay here again--only longer next time!

I personally found the bed a bit hard but my husband liked it so that’s obviously a personal opinion. Beautiful location. Definitely worth getting a sea view. The staff are friendly and helpful. Lots of stairs but probably a good idea with all the good restaurants available on the bay in Cavtat.
