We booked a "double room with sea view" on hotels.com. There are many photos of the room showing doors out to the balcony, and several photos outside, clearly taken from the balcony. Hence, we booked the room so that we would have outside space to sit in the sun and fresh air. When we arrived at the hotel, we were indeed given a "double room with sea view", but absolutely no balcony. Just a smallish single window with an outside blind that, when fully open, still covers the top third of the window. This is a major issue at Hotel Park because the hotel basically had no outside space, e.g gardens or pool with comfortable chairs or loungers to relax on. It's next to the main coast road and has an indoor pool, no outside space apart from a small terrace next to the road with tables and upright chairs, which labels itself as a coffee bar The hotel generally feels a bit dated and the comfort levels are equivalent to an average 2 star hotel in the UK. Massively disappointed that we booked a room on the basis of the specific room photos. The room description itself does not mention a balcony, so be aware that the pictures may be misleading and you won't get what you think you booked. I don't know whether this is Hotel Park or Hotels.com's fault, but it is unacceptable from a customer point of view. There are plenty of other lovely looking hotels in the area. I recommend you avoid Hotel Park and book a hotel where the photos and description actually match the reality.

Accueil agréable, chambre et sanitaires impeccables, calme. Situation géographique idéale, proximité du port et du centre ville. Buffet à volonté pour le dîner ainsi que pour le petit déjeuner.

Buona struttura, forse da rimodernare un pochino

Pleasantly surprised by the hotel. Room was large and very clean. We paid extra for a room with a terrace and a view and wished we had just gotten a basic room. The room was on the first floor and traffic noise from the street below made the terrace unpleasant. We also were at the far end and there was very little water view. Hotel location is good - quick walk to old town and also close to a nice walking path by the water. Free parking in a lot a block behind the hotel. Breakfast was substandard, and the coffee was terrible, so it’s not worth paying extra for.

Sehr schönes Appartement, nur wenige Meter zum Meer, Restaurant und Minimarket. Pool wundervoll, super Liegen und wundervolle Aussicht über die Bucht. Mira, die Gastgeberin sehr bemüht alles zu regeln. Suuuuuper

staff very nice, excellent food

The sign on the hotel indicates that it’s a 4 star property, but it’s more like 2 or 3 stars. The rooms are basic. The rooms and bathrooms could use updating. The showers are small and you can barely turn around in them. The breakfast was not great and the coffee came from a machine and was horrible.

Pas mal mais sans plus vu le prix. Lit petit et moyen. Le dîner est moyen, prévoir aussi que les boissons sont en option y compris l eau. Petit déjeuner copieux mais gras et toujours moyen. Ne pas prendre l’option dîner et petit déjeuner. -Parking sur place inclut -En fasse de la mer -piscine comprise

Ho soggiornato una sola notte in mezza pensione, a febbraio, quindi sapevo di non poter usufruire della piscina e della spa, ma ho trovato l'hotel veramente carino, personale estremamente gentile, posizione ottima, buona cena e prima colazione. Rapporto qualità prezzo ottimo

Great location, great view, good food and clean room.

Sistemazione che a stento meriterebbe 2 stelle . In bagno non c'è neppure una saponetta e in camera nemmeno una bottiglietta d'acqua . La colazione é simile a ciò che si vede servire nei film nelle mense carcerarie .h
