A clean and cozy room, equipped with high quality shampoos, conditioners and body milk. My check in was quite complicated. It was a stormy day when we arrived. My flight was 3 hours delay, and when I arrived at the reception, nobody was there.l made phone call several times in the heavy rain. They answered quite soon and gave me directions to get into the hotel.It takes 10 minutes to understand the message and how to open the door. It was a freezing cold day, so I wanted to use hot water to get us warm .Unfortunately we couldn’t get enough hot water for two people. Overall not so bad, but they can improve the apartment more.

Well located in the flatter part of the town. Staff were super helpful and responsive. Would definitely stay there again

Excellent service by the La Vita Bella team. I stayed at La vita Bella 4 which has 3 lovely rooms on the top floor in the old town. Be aware you need to walk up (and down) 6 flights of stairs to get to the rooms. Rooms are well appointed. No breakfast option. No room cleaning between nights.

This was a beautiful place to stay within the city walls of Dubrovnik, with such a convenient location. The room had tons of amenities, mini fridge in the loft, beautiful bathtub, and all the travel amenities you may have forgotten including umbrella. Would stay again as long as prepared with earplugs for the nearby cathedral bells that go off all night long.

The location of this room is fantastic. It sits immediately off the square at the bottom of the Jesuit Stairs. It is possible to access the room without traversing any external stairs (via Ploce gate), but be mindful that there are stairs up to the property. The bed was comfortable, the amenities within the room were great and the staff before check in, and at check in, were really helpful. The only downside was that more storage for clothes would be helpful, but it didn't put a dampner on the stay whatsoever, and I would stay again.

The room was clean and tidy. It is in the old town in a great location. Slightly difficult to find for the first few days, but the old town is very compact with alleys and small streets which are lovelly and finding the room is part of the fun. The room is on the top floor so a few stairs to to (3 or 4 flights)

I had a wonderful stay at La Vita e Bella in Dubrovnik’s Old Town. My room (Room 1 at La Vita e Bella IV) was recently renovated, spotless, and full of thoughtful touches. It had a small espresso maker with pods, a teapot, a tiny safe, and even fresh fruit. The bed was so comfortable, with soft white robes, luxurious towels, and a beautiful bathroom featuring both a large tub and separate shower. The mini fridge was stocked with still and sparkling water, and the whole space felt elegant and well-designed. The building is older, so rooms may all be different, but mine was gorgeous. The staff were very helpful, giving me great advice on the best gelato in old town. (note: you should go to the main office about 300 yards away to check in. The entrance to the stairs is in an alley used by the Restaurant Marco Polo.) Perfectly located and full of charm — I’d definitely stay here again!

A wonderful and unique boutique experience in the heart of historic Old Town Dubrovnik. Great, helpful and friendly staff. One of the few properties with a soaker bathtub

The hostess was super helpful after a long day of travel. The apartment was a lovely little escape. The bathtub was a delight. Even had sea salt to soak in. Heavenly!

Great location, our room in particular was on the third floor but the first level of the city so that was great. Room is beautiful and perfect location in the city.

Väldigt fint rum mitt i gamla stan. Många trappor så inget för den som har problem med det. Långt till parkering men det gäller hela gamla stan. Rekommenderas.

A estadia foi boa. Apesar de saber que o hotel tinha escadas foi complicado subir e descer 4 andares de escadas todos os dias. Também não sei se por falta de informação mas não foi feita a limpeza do quarto nos 3 dias. Para concluir na última noite ficamos sem água no banheiro.

The design and layout was beautiful. Although there was a lot of noise coming from the restaurant downstairs

The room itself was fine. Lighting is nice. Bed was comfortable. Room was quiet. We had a hard time operating the A/C and room was hot. The toilet was not clean upon arrival. The room is located up several flights of stairs and the stairwell was not lit on the bottom floors. Check in was at a different location and check in person not helpful for directions to building. In addition I booked a transfer service from airport and we waited for 30 minutes before I had to call to find out the driver was “stuck in traffic”. We took a taxi which was easy but whole process was not professional.

This apartment is lovely and in a dandy, central location. It’s a little challenging to find initially, but easy enough once you do find it. Very attractive and fresh and comfortable. There are quite a few stairs to climb which could be a deterrant for some. There are also stairs in the apartment. The comfy bed is upstairs with a bathtub, robes, a small refrigerator, and skylights. Pleased to have good coffee/teas in the room and bottled water. The restaurant downstairs looks nice and was always busy, but we did not have a chance to try it. Our luggage did not make our flight. The reception staff were helpful in reuniting us with our bags the next day. We greatly enjoyed our stay at this property and found Dubrovnik to be charming, if crowded with tourists.

Breathtaking. Beautifully decorated and bed was very comfortable. Great attention to detail. Charming touches hats,umbrellas, toiletries. Description needs to be clearer regarding stairs/ accessibility. Staff was very helpful with bags but could be fall risk. Poor lighting on steps, uneven, railing not always present Also instructions for coffee maker would be useful.

There is a four floor climb to the apartment with no help offered with luggage. We had to arrange our own help with luggage when leaving because the management said help was not available on Sundays.
