清潔感があり、掃除がとても行き届いた快適な宿でした。室内は綺麗に整えられており、滞在中も気持ちよく過ごせました。立地も非常に良く、ストラドゥン通りからすぐ近くで、旧市街観光や食事に便利です。旧市街の宿は階段が多い印象でしたが、こちらは心配していたほど階段がなく、荷物を持っての移動も比較的楽でした。オーナーの対応も親切で、初めてのドブロブニク滞在でも安心感がありました。旧市街に滞在したい方には非常におすすめです。

最高のロケーションでした。坂の多い街ですが、宿には坂なしで到着可能です。また旧市街の中心部なのでどこへ行くにも便利でした。夕方の出発でしたが荷物も置かせてもらえます。エスプレッソマシーンもあり、それなりに広くて大満足でした。

Scary stairs but amazing property! Staff were friendly. The twin bed did malfunction though.

We stayed in the apartment in the attic. The place was very clean, well-stocked, spacious and pleasant. The apartment is right in the middle of the Old Town, just steps away from all sights. The hosts were extremely kind and accommodating.

We had a great stay here, for two nights in mid May 2026. Our initial flight was changed and we got to Old Town after midnight but hosts were quick to respond during our travel day and left instructions on how to get into our room after hours, which were easy to follow. We got checked in the following day with no issues. Pros: -location is incredible, very central within Old Town and if you take either Pile or Ploce gates there are essentially no stairs to get to the building entrance (which is noted by the hosts in messages, very helpful!) -the shower is incredible (waterfall and handheld wand options, good water pressure, clean) -thoughtful touches (individual packs of cotton swabs and pads in the washroom, individual package of ear plugs on the bed stand) -we had less opportunity to use the kitchen than we expected but it was well appointed & as described -good AC Cons: -not really a con but the flip side to the gate note above is that if you want to use Buza Gate you will be climbing up one or two hundred stairs from the apartment (we only did it once, to go to the cable car, and it was fine but definitely easier to just use Ploce gate which we did on the way back) -regarding accessibility, this is really not a place I would pick if you have any trouble with stairs: There are 1-3 staircases, quite steep, depending on what room you have -because of the area, there is unavoidable noise at night. They do give ear plugs and I think people who sleep light would need them.

Hosts were wonderful.. stayed on the top floor.. loved the room but the walk from the bedroom to the bathroom was somewhat hazardous.. open stair drop that really needed to watch out for..

Wonderful location in the middle of the old town. Spacious and clean but do be warned that you'll be climbing some stairs. But there are some opportunities for improvement: Yes there is a really cheesy room safe, it was useless. The electronic lock didn't work and it wasn't even bolted down. Also, on the last night we were there, the AC system started throwing failure codes and wouldn't work. We had to open windows to keep the room habitable and Dubrovnik is a late night party town so we managed maybe three hours of sleep at best. We were offered three phone numbers to call in case there was a problem but nobody answered any of them.

For a serviced apartment near the town center this was a fantastic choice. The room was comfortable and I could easily have breakfast with the kitchen and nearby bakery and grocery store. The owner/host was very kind and helpful. Only one caution - if you are noise sensitive, be aware of the restaurants outside / they do go until 10-11:00 pm and early the next morning they are moving kegs and cleaning. For the location, it’s a great place.

It is the perfect location to explore the Dubrovnik old town.

Great location, worth the money, great way to go around the city, then come back and relax in the room, then head back out to dinner. Loved it

The room is in an excellent location in Old Town and avoids most of the street steps (there are steps inside to the rooms). Our room was quiet and clean with lots of towels. Leonarda and her husband are great. Thanks for a great stay.

The room was modern and clean. It has a kitchen so you can make breakfast in the mornings. The location was very close to Stradun (the main street). The host was very nice; she helped us to organize an early morning taxi to the airport.

Perfect location in the Old City. The property management team was friendly, professional and communicative - and we particularly appreciated all of that with our very short-notice booking. The room was relatively large and very comfortable. There's a little noise in the street below that ends a little late and starts a little early but that can't really be helped and the supplied nightstand ear plugs were a nice offering as was the white noise of the air conditioner. I'd love to stay here again.

Clean room, very responsive staff, excellent location

The location was perfect for exploring old town. We enjoyed the ease of access. The room was super comfortable and spacious. The room divider with shelving was helpful.

올드타운 내 위치가 아주 좋습니다. 숙소까지 계단을 많이 올라가지 않아도 되는 것도 장점이고, 깨끗하고 침구도 편안하고 안락했습니다. 주방기구가 있어 간단한 요리를 할 수 있는 것도 장점입니다

Very clean, cute, modern. Pretty much no steps until you enter the building.

A fantastuc apartment, just perfect of 2 people having a short break in the old city. So close to the centre of the old city, just perfect. Would highly recommend
