This was a very nice place to stay! It is super central in the Palace area of Split. It is not a hotel but just a very cool room with a nice bathroom, so if you are looking for a hotel experience it is not for you. However the room was very nicely done and very comfortable and great amenities. The whole area is pretty noisy at night, but with the windows and shutters shut not as much. But earplugs are nice if you are light sleeper. Our host was very responsive and provided us transportation to the airport very early in the morning at a very reasonable cost.

We stayed two nights. The location was fantastic and easy to stop in as you’re running around Old town to drop things off or use a free WC. Room 2 is smaller than Room 1 and I noticed Room 1 has two nice chairs to sit in. We stayed in Room 2, which is at the back of the building and looks out into a tiny alleyway. Room 1 looks out into the street area but there are no cars in the palace so not a big deal. Can’t beat this location!
The property manager (owner?) sent us a nice video before hand to explain how to get into the place and open the main door with the keypad. We also received several suggestions on where to eat, get coffee and go while in the city. The room was open for us when we arrived a little before official check in (which was appreciated!).
We really enjoyed this room. It’s a great combination of modern amenities while still keeping older (historic) feel with the stone walls and is decorated well. Water get’s really hot and it has good pressure! The bed is a little more firm that I’d prefer but not terrible and we did have trouble with the AC unit’s remote not working consistently but nothing terrible enough to give less than 5 stars!

This was a very nice place to stay! It is super central in the Palace area of Split. It is not a hotel but just a very cool room with a nice bathroom, so if you are looking for a hotel experience it is not for you. A little oasis in the centre of the old town. Everything you need and just steps from all the sights of split old town and ferries to islands. Parking was well organised and went smoothly and the check in video and instructions worked perfectly

Clean room in nice area! Mladen was very helpful with luggage storage, food suggestions etc! It is a flight up in the building so carrying luggage is a bit of a challenge.

Terrific spot in a tiny street inside the Diocletian Palace. Walkable only but very memorable, with a delicious fresh fish dinner served by the fine, small restaurant outside our door.
We would always appreciate, from all self-register accommodation providers, at least two days advance info on access as we travel with email but not telephone. Day-of access can be probalematic if not seen in advance!

The host was extremely helpful, we had car troubles and he came and picked our car up and brought it to the parking spot as well as dropped our car back to us at both 6am one day as well as driving us to the airport at 4:30am another. He suggested multiple cool places to visit and good restaurants. One of the best experiences we have have had in terms of hotels. This is the first review I’ve written. 100% recommend this host.

Mladen was absolutely incredible to deal with from check-in, check-out, parking, ideas on what to visit, and availability for any inquiries or questions. We very highly recommend this accommodation!!
