The property is set very high up on a hill..so may not be suitable for those with mobility issues, as there are a lot of steps (25 down from the top and 58 up from the bottom of the hill to the property.. ) Apart from that, the accommodation is spotless, the decoration is traditional yet modern, and all the modern amenities you would need for your stay. There is even a washing machine for use. The area is very close to Marjan Park and a stones throw from The Riva. You can walk to it in under 5 mins excellent and I will be rebooking

Il faudra monter la rue en escaliers pour accéder à l'appartement, ou bien prendre un taxi menant à la rue avoisinante si vous ne voulez pas monter les marches à pied! Il faut aussi appeler l'hôte pour les instructions pour entrer dans l'appartement. Le tout était propre, belle cuisine et belle salle de bains, shampooings fournis! Si nous pouvions, nous serions restés plus longtemps. Je recommande le restaurant Teraca Vidilica situé tout près, au coucher de soleil, la meilleure vue en ville. Nous avons réservé en nous présentant en personne durant la journée.

This is a nicely renovated upper floor apartment with truly a fantastic view of the Old Town and the Adriatic Sea. It is only accessible via a climb up many stone steps and then a narrow staircase at the property itself, so beware! There's no way to get right to it by car. We are fit but had a large suitcase, and it wasn't necessarily the right choice for us. I'd also say we had a comedy of errors with communication, door codes, keys, etc. Probably this is not the usual situation, but it was frustrating and time-consuming.

The best feature of this apartment is the balcony. View over Split is amazing and it’s worth staying just for this. It’s location is also good - Marjan park is on the doorstep and it’s a 10 minute stroll into town…but it’s up hill on the way back. It’s the little things that let this place down. It’s not a place to do cooking - there was no sharp knife; tea towel; cleaning brush or pad. Only one bowl and when the owner was contacted she suggested taking one from one of the other flats. There was a smell of drains in the bathroom but it had been raining when we visited so this might have had something to do with it. Overall we enjoyed our stay but a few extra ‘essentials’ would have made a difference.

The property was nice. Well renovated and close to the main strip of Split. The hot water unfortunately didn’t work during our stay. We ran out of toilet paper and we’re not supplied extra so we had to buy some. The women who owns the place is friendly Atleast over the phone which was our only communication with her. We were greeted by the neighbour who unfortunately didn’t speak English to show us our accommodation. Daniela (the home owner) didn’t respond to our texts in a timely manner and when we did speak to her it was through the phone of her cleaning lady. I understand if the owner was unable to check people in but you should have someone in town that can be available for check-ins and to provide you with information and supplies when needed. Otherwise it was a nice place to stay but I would probably choose somewhere different unless improvements are made.

Beautiful room with everything we needed. Real luxury feel to it, the decor was beautiful and the rainfall shower was very nice. Little bit of confusion on check in and didnt get a response to a message I sent a couple of days before arrival, but overall a great place to stay. Great location just steps from superb views of the city and about 10 mins to the main promenade and old town.

It’s not a luxury accommodation in my opinion. It’s refurbished and fitted with very new facilities. It’s a small converted attic room. There does not seem to be a reception for check in and i had to call a mobile number provided in hotel.com website to get direction. The lady on the phone (property manager) was helpful. The view from the balcony is decent and the location of the property is very good. However, I do think it was a little overpriced for what it is. Best for short stay. If the price is a near about 65 euros in off season, property will be a lot more appealing.

This property was absolutely amazing. Location is in the perfect area of Split on the way towards Marjan. There is an abundance of restaurants and cafes in the surrounding streets, but it is quiet enough to settle down peacefully in the apartment. A parking spot is provided as advertised (there is also adequate parking at Marjan if you get stuck finding the apartment). The apartment itself is spacious with a decent size kitchenette, immaculately clean, and the bathroom is very large. Wifi worked perfectly. The host was absolutely fantastic, very kind and helpful. However the only let down was that the bed really needs a replacement! All night the bed seemed to squeak and dip in various positions and we struggled to get any sleep at all unfortunately. If the bed and pillows were replaced this would definitely be a 5/5 apartment and we will absolutely return.

The room is brand new and equipment is ok .WD., but small . The owner didn't greet is and a lot of pertinent info we learned from experience. Expensive. Not a good view from our second floor. Go to the top of the steps and then get a great one .We missed it.

Loved the rainfall shower head. The air conditioning made the room very comfortable. It had an amazing view from the top of the hill.

Lovely apartment, newly renovated, fresh and clean. The location is great the only thing that is a little hard was to park the car, even though they had a parking place very small streets to get there.. would def come again.

The room is brand new and equipment is ok .WD., but small . The owner didn't greet is and a lot of pertinent info we learned from experience. Expensive. Not a good view from our second floor. Go to the top of the steps and then get a great one .We missed it.
