100年以上前の建物でエレベーターがないが、スタッフが荷物を運んでくれ助かった。ホテル以上に設備が整っていた。洗濯機もあり便利。

Fabulous apartment! Spacious and very comfortable, spotless, great location (walking distance to restaurants, seaside, markets), very responsive host. Yes, it’s a 3rd floor walk-up, but it is worth every step!

The apartment was clean and well set up. It had everything we needed for our 2 night stay. Our host was very responsive and helpful. Only 2 negatives, parking and lack of elevator. There was free parking in front of the building but it was shared with another building and multiple businesses so parking was at a premium The apartment was on the 3rd floor with no elevator. Our host helped get our luggage up which helped.

Dino and Slaven were extremely helpful and friendly. I unfortunately stumbled and rolled my ankle on my first day in Zadar. It was a very bad sprain and I was unable to walk. They went out of their way to help.. even providing me with a set of crutches! The place was immaculate and clean and full of amenities for cooking (which I had to do because my injury prevented me from going out to eat). There was a grocery store right downstairs and the pharmacy was very close also. Both the TVs were smart and had Netflix (my saving grace also due to immobility). There is a washer and dryer there and they provided the soap so I was able to get my laundry done. The shower is very nice and had plenty of hot water. They even provide some chocolate and soda and coffee etc. Wonderful place.. great people... And an impressive view from the window. Highly recommended!

One of two private apartments on the third floor (no lift) of a traditional old 1906 Zadar block on the waterfront overlooking the old town. Very much as described, lovely modernised apartment, clean, comfortable and well equipped. It was an easy walk to old town (5 mins max). Things like WiFi and air-con also good. The property's host speak's excellent English and it was very easy to arrange a check-in time a couple of days before via Expedia app or via Whatsapp. Thank you also for the restaurant recommendations provided. There is a local supermarket next door for essentials. The property does not have its own parking so note that you will find free spaces in front, or by neaby apartment blocks, so free spaces are not guaranteed as locals will be parking around the site too. You might have to park up elsewhere and pay. Otherwise a very good stay. Thank you.

Amazing apartment, fantastic location, grocery stores & plenty of restaurants close by, very good value for money, walk everywhere, no need for public transportation. Super owner, very friendly, no problems whatsoever, would highly recommend & would love to return again in the future!

Honestly couldn’t fault the place. It was perfect for us. Really handy location, nicely decorated, very well equipped - and wonderful views, of course ! Dino was extremely responsive with communications and even came out promptly to fix the TV when we couldn’t get it to work. The only tiny thing was that we found the bed a bit too firm, but that’s probably just a personal thing.

Our apartment was beautiful with great view and perfectly clean. Our host Dino was extremely helpful, he was waiting for us, even though we arrived very late. He carried our bags and was very friendly.

Excellent property! Very good value for money. Thoughtfully and professionally renovated, the apartment gives a true home away from home feeling. It is outside the Old town but within a pleasant 10-15 minutes walk from whatever may be of interest. Host was very friendly and efficient. One thing that was of no importance to me but may matter to others, the apartments are on high third (European third) floor without elevator.

Beautiful modern small apartment with all the kitchen essentials. Best service from Slaven and Dino.

It was an unbelievable stay. Our host was gracious and even helped us moved the luggages upstairs. He even provided us with a list of things to do in Zardar. I suggest this place to anyone looking to stay in Zardar.

Enjoyed our stay here very much! Apartment is very pretty and had everything we needed. There were even some snacks provided, a nespresso machine and a PS4. You can tell that a lot of effort was put into decorating the apartment, even the towels and kettle matched the decor! Flexible check-in, and Dino was very nice to help us find a parking lot and carry our lugguage up. Location was convenient enough to walk to the other end of the old town and had a very nice view of the boats. There is quite a bit of stairs to climb but its worth it for staying here! 😀

Everything is excellent except no lift, you need to walk up more than 70 steps to the apartment.

We enjoy stay in the two nights.All the equipment is very good. It is also appropriate.I highly recommend this apartment for the guests who come here to travel. This is the best choice for accommodation.

The very finest suite we have stayed in any where in the world and we have stayed in many ! Slaven was a fabulous host and went above and beyond to help us . Every available amenity was provided If there were 6 stars this suite would be at the top of the list Thanks for everything
