Perfect

This was an amazing find. Only after walking around did we realize we are inside the Palace. It is such an amazing area inside the Palace and of course the Riva Promenade. The room was clean and Luka was very helpful with instructions and directions. Highly recommend. And this room location was pretty central in the Palace. Once we got our bearings it is minutes walk to all 4 corners of the palace.

Right in the heart of split , host was so helpful and friendly, airline lost our luggage and the host offered to help out , it meant so much thank you. The room was beautiful we really loved it , the shower was great . We would definitely stay again

The name says it. Luxury Apartment. Situated in an old town building, you’d never guess how spacious, modern and beautiful this room is. The bathroom is huge as is the shower. Very centrally located. I’d stay again in a minute.

It was fun to stay in Old Town Split. Room was close to many things and the room was very clean. Appreciated the help arranging transportation from the airport. Highly recommend.

Location was central to many options and next to a wonderful coffee shop

Our stay was perfect! The room was in a great location and perfectly clean and comfortable. Luka was super helpful and communicative and even arranged for a driver to pick us up from the airport who was also very helpful. Great place to stay in Split.

You can’t beat the location. You are in the palace and everything is a couple minute walk away. Very spacious room that is clean and updated. Luka the host is fantastic. He will go out of his way to make sure you have everything you need.

Amazing location! Clean and well renovated. No privacy for washroom, so be mindful who you share the room with!

Wow, wow, wow - what a room and what a host! This room is inside the Diocletian Palace which we feared might be noisy but the double glazing is excellent and we weren’t disturbed at all during the stay. The room is beautifully appointed and has a fridge and Luka can arrange a microwave too if you’d like. The bed was very comfortable too. Luka arranged transport for us to and from the airport which was so helpful as it took that part of the logistics off our plate and he was super responsive to every message we sent him. A fabulous room in the most fabulous location for visiting Split. You cannot go wrong if you choose to stay here.

Prime location in the heart of Old Town. Convenient and tucked away. Feels very safe. Room is clean and comfortable. The owner allowed us to store luggage for a few hours in an office nearby, which was nice. Would stay here again.

The location could not be any better! Right next to D16 coffee and right in the heart of old town. Easy to walk to anything you want. Restaurants all around. Luka was an awesome host and guide. I will definitely stay here again!

Over the course of 2 weeks, we stayed at 6 different properties. Out of all of these stays, this property was the only one that falsely listed multiple amenities. Of all of the misrepresentation, the biggest lie was that they offer parking. They do NOT offer parking! And what is worse, where the host suggested to park does not exist. This resulted in our car being towed which added a ton of stress, time, and FINES to our trip. Expedia should be vetting listings for accuracy and at minimum, if a complaint is reported to Expedia, they should require the host to make their listing accurate. Unfortunately, Expedia did not take responsibility for anything and the host did not either. As of the time of booking falsely listed amenities were: on site parking, continental breakfast, lockers, microwave, concierge services, laundry service, bellhop, tour and ticket assistance. I do not recommend to stay here.

Great location and beautiful room within the palace walls. Would be VERY difficult to navigate with large pieces of luggage. Narrow circular staircase to the room. We had rental car, so left large luggage there and only took small carryon to the room.

Very cool room within the west wall of the Diocletian Palace. Cozy, clean and very comfortable. Would stay here again!

This place is amazing. It is located inside the walls of the palace. You have to park and walk about 1/4 mile. There are no cars inside the walled city. You are staying in a modern room inside a midieval castle. It's pretty dang cool.

It was a beautiful property and very clean and comfortable. The location was perfect for anything you wanted to do within the palace and close to the water. Enjoyed my stay, I would come back again.

Unique luxurious Room in the Diocletian Palace in Split. Spacious, clean, quiet, & accurately represented in the write-up. Responsive host, Convenient to all the old palace has to offer & it opens to the famous Split Cat Garden 🐈.

Accomodation was spotless and the location could not have been better. Although right in the old town it was quiet and peaceful at night. Our host Luka went out of his way to be helpful, his communication with us before and during our stay was wonderful. Would thoroughly recommend staying in this acccodation.
