街の中心部に近くとても便利でした。 バスターミナルとは反対側になるので、大きな荷物があると少し大変ですが、階段はないので問題ありません。 ホテルの入っているアパートメントに大きくホテル名は出ていません。同じアパートメントに入っているPRIULIというホテルの看板が出ています。

ホテルが入ってるビルへの入口が、全くホテルとは思えない入口で、 夜遅く到着したこともあり、入るのに少し苦労しましたが、部屋に入ると別世界の清潔でキレイで満足いくものでした。

チエックインタイムを連絡しなかったら日本の自宅まで問い合わせがあり、スタッフの説明も懇切丁寧でした。

酒店未能安排停車位，與介紹描述有出入。而酒店地點好近old town ，所以好難找停車場，而附近錶位多數只供殘疾人士。結果泊了在離酒店15分鐘路程的街位，你點徬徨。

Overall a really good place to stay at, easy commuting to the old town and the port.

We booked this place because of the parking options and found out it was a blatant LIE. They claim to have $12 on-site parking and extended parking, they have zero parking whatsover. Their solution was telling us to find a place on the street (we couldnt). We had to pay $25 a night elsewhere to park. They also never sent us check in instructions so we had to follow other guests in. They call this "luxury" but nothing is luxury about it. This is more like a hostel. This was very stressful when we showed up with our rental car with nowhere to park. Side note the front desk lady was nice! Don't fall for the lies they told to get more bookings! Attached are pictures of what they claim to have for parking and what out front looks like. NEVER AGAIN

Perfecte locatie. Schoon en netjes. Iets om rekening mee te houden is dat je wel je koffer naar boven moet dragen met de trap. Verder genoeg mogelijkheden voor ontbijt op loopafstand.

Lovely room with all facilities required. Terrible check in whereby i arrived at the correct address, called the correct buzzer labelled Prima Luxury Rooms, gave them my name (we had been messaging in advance re check in so they were expecting me at this time) and they told me I was at the wrong accommodation and to go down the road to find the correct door despite me telling them i was at the correct address and had called the buzzer with their name on. We went down the road with our luggage and then after 5 phone calls, managed to get through to Prima Luxury Rooms who told me to come back to the original door and check in. I will never understand what happened at their end as I was in the right location from the very beginning. After that the stay was great and very comfortable, in a good location. Bit noisy outside but heard nothing at all in the room.

Listing said there was offsite nearby parking for €12/night. No such option was available. Drove around for at least 30 minutes at night looking for parking and ended up having to walk over 1km at night just to get to the hotel. Temperature in room too hot and bed very springy and uncomfortable.

Hi The room was spacious. The shower head kept flying off the hose and when told they knew about it but said the owner was away, a not very good excuse. The pillows were awful, like a bag of cotton wool. They provide communal tea and coffee but no milk and only fruit tea. The room was clean and a good base. If you have heavy bags there are 3 flights of steps. Free Parking is not easy! 5-10 min walk away and you have to drive around a bit.

Perfect base from which to explore Split. Lovely, clean room. Tea and coffee making facilities were great.

Location was perfect for my needs

We had a room facing the streets and unfortunately we had problem sleeping because it was a bit noisy. Big trash bins just outside house which were emptied very early in the morning and during night the night life was noisy. Closest parking was 5 minutes walking. Service was 5-star. Perfect location for city life.

Great room, very clean. Friendly staff and easy access

Great location to Old Town and easily walkable to lots of restaurants. Felt very safe. Clean and good sized room.

Although this property is outside the Diocletian Palace walls it is close enough to be able to walk everywhere.

The room itself was great for the cost and the staff was very friendly. Only issue was trying to locate the entrance. The signage is very poor, and hard to locate. Plus you need a special code to even get into the door. Needed help from the staff and they were very responsive on WhatsApp but was just frustrating and it was extremely hot. Beware too no elevator and the rooms are on the third floor.

Very noisy rooms. I could hear every conversation and text notification. I was not given the code to come in even though I advised I was arriving before reception hours.

Very clean and good location. Highly recommend!

Lovely clean rooms and incredibly friendly host. A little traffic noise, but otherwise very comfortable stay.
